Property Description

Main entrance to a spacious living area with cable TV, internet, fireplace and access to large deck with BBQ.  Well equipped kitchen, dinning and den.  One bedroom and bath on main floor.  Upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed, TV with cable and a small deck, and a master bath.  Also upstairs two bedrooms with bunk bed and a shared hall bathroom.  Furnished loft area for games or just relaxing.  Full capacity washer and dryer. Downstairs is a ski room that leads to the ski out and hot tub.

Location & Map


Located on Sun Dance Drive down hill walk to the village.  Minutes walk to  restaurants, numerous shops and bars. This is a great location and tons of fun for families. The Recreation Center is located down the hill from the house.   It includes tennis courts, year-round swimming pool and hot tubs. The skating rink is a five minute walk in the winter. This is a very safe environment for children to enjoy themselves.

All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked and the rebook rate; refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee.

Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment. Please confirm your reservation by clicking Reserve Now. Our site takes live reservations 24hrs/day/7 days/week; therefore, we operate on a first come/first serve basis.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for delayed arrivals!
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information, arrival/check-in instructions with coded access info will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 pm-strictly enforced.
Check-Out Time 10 am-strictly enforced.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund!.
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure. Mistakes happen! If for some reason there has been housekeeping error and the property is not ready upon your arrival at 4 pm PST we will correct it by 8 pm PST. The property will be promptly cleaned the next day if we are unable to get it cleaned the same day.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies On-call. Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10. Will be evicted if more than 5 overnight occupants
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Guest agrees to pay for any damage upon departure. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behaviour while in the property or on common premises.

We stayed in basement with two other families staying in the main house. We mainly used the upstairs main house for meals and socializing and it was a great place for us all to enjoy. The house was well insulated from downstairs as our friends could not hear our baby crying downstairs in the night.

The place is amazing inside with large great room layout and panoramic views of the village and mountain. Location is ideal for families as no need to drive to the village as long as the kids can ski down a green run to the platter/magic carpet. We did not touch our car for the 5 days we were at Sunpeaks.

We are hoping to do the same trip again next year as all had a great time. Could not have had a better trip.

Skiing with my Port Hardy Friends

Overall great place, kitchen needs some larger pots and bowls, if you are there with eight grown ups.

There was a fair bit ice build-up at the front entrance caused by the snow melt from the roof, and at the lower level walkway, both are quite dangerous.

Provide a fan for the lower level suite as there is no air movement achievable with the windows closed - at least in the bunk room.

Provide map of ski in -Out and walking to Village maps. We used the First Aid box, great that there was one there, but needs some attention plaster to old did not stick..

Overall good location, Comfortable, clean, well situated. We hope to rent this place again next year.
