Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs $25.00 per hour. A fee of $25 per hour will be charged for any excess cleaning that maybe necessary
Excessive Noise No noise after 11pm. You will be evicted without refund!
Garbage Removal Put Garbage in Garage The cleaners will remove. lease place garbage in the bags provided and leave them in the locked garage. Please donot place outside the unit as the large birds will attack the bags.

Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm,or any property damage,suffered or caused by any guests or guests of guests while they are staying at our property or while visiting Big White Ski Resort.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity Max 6 Strictly enforced. You will be evicted if more than 6 guests stay overnight without our written consent
Missing Items Visa or Master Card will be debited or damage deposit will be with held. Guest authorise a credit card charge for missing items as per our stated damage deposit policies
Noise Restrictions Quiet hours for the building are 11 pm to 7 am. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noice complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area can be used after 11 pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11 pm out of respect for our neighbouring families.
Parking & Ticketing Inside Garrage and Happy Valley.
Property Damage Guests send a $500 cheque dated for date of arrival to owners by mail and is kept if there is damage on their departure. If no damage cheque will be sent back by mail. Damage includes, but is not restricted to; noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behaviour while in the property or on common premises.

 About Us

Our family are long time residents of Kelowna, fortunately, having the luxury of Big White Ski Resort as our local ski hill. We have two boys that have learned to ski and snowboard at Big White. We are all avid skiers and snowboarders. Big White has a vast terrain from Beginner to Double Black Diamond. Our boys enjoy the double black diamond runs, also sking in the trees has always been a favorite. We have skied many hills in BC and Big White is by far our favorite!! It's the snow out here!! as it is not uncommon to have an average 300cm in the new year.
