Located on the third floor in the 18 suite Timbers complex, our single level home features a spacious entry, open kitchen, dining and living room area offering elegant comfort. Covered deck with private hot tub & BBQ accessed from living room. Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with full ensuite bathroom including steam shower. Bedroom #2 has a double and a twin-size beds. Bedroom #3 offers a comfortable queen bed and Living Room has a comfortable sofa bed to accommodate another 2 people. Access to main area bathroom from bedroom #2 or the dining room. Situated between the kitchen and sleeping areas, the dining room features a beautiful. large solid wood dining table with 8 decorative chairs. Plenty of room providing for great dining, conversation, and games. Fun and comfort for everyone!
From the elegant and modern décor to the quality finishing, The Timbers amenities and special features are unparalleled. Our home has a few special entertainment system upgrades. First the Harmon Kardon stereo sound system with volume controlled speakers throughout the house. Secondly, the 50" Plasma TV with surround sound, 42" Plasma TV in the Master bedroom and 20" LCD TVs in second and third bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with DVD players. Unlike most of the other suites in the building, we offer the extra convenience of 2 assigned parking stalls and 2 secure ski lockers.
Unlike other homes in the building, our extensive entertainment system adds to the enjoyment of your stay. We've added a Harmon Kardon stereo system with CD player and individually controlled speakers in each room including the hot tub area. There is a 50" Plasma TV with HDTV, Movies on Demand and surround sound in the living room, and TV's, DVD player in all bedrooms (40" Plasma TV in the Master Bedroom).

We are situated in a perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube runs and x-country ski trails. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the village centre, lifts, restaurants & shopping and Kids Centre. Ski in at day's end over the Skiers Bridge or down Gondola Way.

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.|
|Excessive Noise||Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbours|
|Garbage Removal||Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Waste disposal & Recycling containers are located on site in the parking garage.|
|Housekeeping||Cleaning after departure is included; in addition, guests staying 10 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bed linens every 8th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee|
|Internet Availability & Usage||Internet service is provided by a third party. We cannot be held responsible if there is a lack of or quality of service at any time.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||8 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction|
|Missing Items||Guests authorize credit card charge for replacement of missing items.|
|Noise Restrictions||Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.|
|Policy Updates||Policies are subject to change without notice, however guests will be notified via e-mail of changes prior to their arrival.|
|Property Damage||Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behaviour while in the property or on common premises.|

|Reservation Guarantee||If a situation arises that is out of our control, we will find you another suitable arrangement. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. We had a fantastic time with our family at this rental. It is in the perfect location with easy ski in/ski out access, and the games room downstairs was a hit with the kids. The steep slope getting out of the parking garage with our rental van was a challenge though due to ice.
