Glacier Lodge is located in the heart of Whistler's Upper Village. All you need is at your doorstep including the Blackcomb /Whistler Base & ski school, cafes, five star dining, ski shops and many activities. No need for shuttles or cars. Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 8% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Requested dates are not placed on hold prior to payment unless specifically negotiated in advance as this site allows for live reservations.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information, arrival /check-in instructions with coded access info will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract Issued upon reservation.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Property Sale Property Sale or inhabitable /damaged: in the event that the property is damaged or sold, we will assist in attempting to relocate you to a comparable property. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights, or vacation-related products.
Reservation Changes Property Sale/Damage-We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise may result in eviction
Housekeeping Complimentary: upon arrival, departure and a full mid week clean for stays greater then 7 nights. Additional cleaning can be scheduled upon request.

Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler.

Missing Items Guests will be responsible for all items that are missing from this property on departure.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur. Parking is $12- $15 per day
Policy Updates Policies are updated frequently. All guests must refer tot he webpage prior to arrival for policy changes
Property Damage Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay for all damages incurred. Upon arrival, a pre approved damage deposit of $500 will be held on the guests credit card and guests identification verified. The damage deposit is only charged to guest on departure should there be any damage but not limited to $500 depending on damage amount. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.

We typically stay at the Aspens each year and would consider changing this to stay at this particular condo had it not been for 2 things. The dishwasher definitely needs to be replaced - we had family meet us for several dinners and ended up having to hand wash dishes on at least 5 occasions - the dishes came out dirty every time. A total hassle. The other issue was the internet. At the Aspens you're given a password. You enter this once and don't have to deal with it again - each time you return to the condo it automatically connects you. At Glacier Lodge, you were constantly being kicked off of the network and each time we had to log back on to the WiFi. It was very frustrating for all of us, particularly those of us that needed to check in with work on a regular basis. The front desk couldn't help, nor could the helpline we called. Let us know if these things get resolved, we'll be back for sure. If not, we'll continue to go to the Aspens.

Excellent location away from the busy main village, the building is great with all the required amenities and a very secure bike lockup. The condo itself is awesome with a great Balcony! We enjoyed our stay very much. It's a very nice and comfortable condo. The two bedrooms with King beds were perfectly fit to my family (my parents, my 4-year-old daughter, my husband and I). The location is great - only ten minutes walking from the Whistler Village while enjoying the quietness. We like the kitchen. It had everything we need even though some of the less frequently used cups were not very clean. My daughter could find her favourite TV channel. One thing a little bit confusing was the WIFI. I had to log on every time I locked my Ipnone and unlocked it later. We will come back for sure!

This is a great place to stay, it is close to Whistler village and had everything that we needed. The lodge is also nice as there is a great little bar downstairs and the two hot tubs were a big relief after a long day riding.

Our family spent 6 nights in Whistler and we went back to our favorite location Glacier Lodge in the Upper Village...it is so much quieter and is close to the single track {biking} trails. This is our second time at this unit so obviously we are fans. It is quiet, nicely decorated, has a nice sized kitchen and best of all air conditioning!!

Spacious but comfy and can't wait to go back!!

The booking of this unit couldn't have been easier and I feel the value was exceptional. The unit can sleep 7 but we were a group of 6 - 2 adults, 4 teenagers and there was plenty of room for us all. The two bathrooms were beautifully tiled and the kitchen was very modern and clean. The full sized fridge was appreciated because with teens we need lots of food!! The master bedroom was large and the bed was very comfy, the "loft" is really a 2nd bedroom upstairs-not huge but good for our two girls. Each room has its own TV but we mainly watched movies on the big TV in the living room. Glacier Lodge itself seems like a quiet building and though you have to pay for parking it is a lot cheaper than most other hotels in the area.
