Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest is responsible for excessive cleaning costs stemming from extrordinary cleaning above the standard typical guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property,or above the standard fees is concidered property damage.The Housekeepers are supplied with cameras and will take pictures for damages,theft or extra cleaning charges,You will be charged for excessive cleaning.
Excessive Noise This is a family-oriented,quiet development.Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted.Screaming,swearing,yelling,etc are not.
Housekeeping Complimentary housekeeping is included,after guest checks out. Additional housekeeping can be arranged at guests expense
Liability Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property,in the property,or on the resort lands.
Maintenance Emergencies maintenance company on 24hr call. Any damages done by guest,will be charged to the cardholder
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 3-people. The twin sofa bed sleeps 1 adult comfortably.The guest could sleep 2 children on sofa bed if they wish to do so
Missing Items Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the guests departure.
Noise Restrictions Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited.Guests may be evicted from the premise for ditubing the peace. Guests are responible for fines levied against the owner as a result of bylaw infringements by the guest.
Parking & Ticketing If parking is required a $13 per night fee is collected at the front desk at time of check in.
Policy Updates Guests are accountable to the policies posted on my web site at the time of booking the property are not subject to policies that were amended or added after their booking was made.
Property Damage Property damage of common or private property includes:physical damage,excessive cleaning,defacing property,excessive noise,litering,lude public behavior,missing items/theft. Guest agrees to pay up to $500 CAD for private or common property damage caused by the guest themselves,or a member of their party.Guests may also evicted.Refunds will not be issued in the event of an eviction.
