Cleaning associated with defacing the property,or above the standard fees is concidered property damage.The Housekeepers are supplied with cameras and will take pictures for damages,theft or extra cleaning charges,You will be charged for excessive cleaning. |

This is a family-oriented,quiet development.Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted.Screaming,swearing,yelling,etc are not. |
| Housekeeping |
Complimentary housekeeping is included,after guest checks out. Additional housekeeping can be arranged at guests expense |
| Liability |
Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property,in the property,or on the resort lands. |
| Maintenance Emergencies |

| Maximum Sleeping Capacity |
3-people. The twin sofa bed sleeps 1 adult comfortably.The guest could sleep 2 children on sofa bed if they wish to do so |

| Noise Restrictions |
Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited.Guests may be evicted from the premise for ditubing the peace. Guests are responible for fines levied against the owner as a result of bylaw infringements by the guest. |

If parking is required a $13 per night fee is collected at the front desk at time of check in. |
