Cozy and Quiet. Relax in front of the fireplace, close the blackout curtains, and lower the lights (all lights are on dimmers).
Comfortable Queen size bed with feathertop. The bedroom also has a TV, large dresser and closet (not shown).
Bright, fully equipped kitchen with passthru is a pleasure to prepare your meals in.
Overstuffed leather chairs and comfortable Serta matress in sofabed make this an ideal room to curl up in and watch TV or listen to music.

50 North Star is a large, clean, comfortably decorated cozy townhome in an ideal peaceful complex. This sought after location is centrally located and close to any convenience you could need. Across the street is a supermarket, government liquor/beer/wine store, bank, video rental, drug store, and fast food. The mountain base, lifts, trails, restaurants, nightlife and entertainment are all a short walk away.


Our home is very well equipped with everything you should need for a pleasant vacation. If you have any special requests, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to assist you.

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Refunds will be based on the number of nights rebooked & the rebooked rate. Refunds will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrival
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information E-mailed to your after final payment. Don't forget to print and bring with you
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract No contract necessary. By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be passed on to you. See Property Damage policy
Excessive Noise Excessive noise and disturbing the peace is grounds for eviction.
Housekeeping Property is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. Mid-stay cleaning (including linen change) for stays over 7 nights. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at guest's request and expense
Liability We are expressly excluded from liability. The owner is not responsible for any personal injury or property loss of a guest as a result of their stay
Maintenance Emergencies 24-hour cell. Complete emergency information will be provided with confirmation of booking
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Four (4).
Property Damage We do not normally take a damage deposit; however, you are financially responsible for any damage incurred by yourselves or your guests during your stay. When applicable, we will discuss additional charges directly with you by phone, after which you can use this online system to make the appropriate payment for damage, cleaning and/or garbage removal costs

Will the unit be clean? We use professional cleaners. The unit is cleaned prior to each check-in. You will be provided with 24-hour contact information in case there are any problems or concerns. The unit has been recently painted and receives a deep clean each season.
Can I be sure the unit will be available when I arrive? Reservation prices and availability are guaranteed. Clicking the "Reserve Now for Instant Booking" button above initiates the reservation process. Your requested dates are booked exclusively to you. The system does not allow for double bookings.


What if my vacation plans change? All payments are non-refundable. However, if your booking can be replaced we will be happy to give you a refund subject to a 5% cancellation fee. You may wish to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
