We accept online payments via the secured reservation process through AlluraDirect by either Visa or Mastercard. This method of payment protects your security & privacy. The choice is yours! All rates are subject to 5% GST Tax in BC. There is a $25. Cleaning fee after ALL departures. Any guest staying only One night is charged a $65 cleaning fee. There is also an extra housekeeping fee charged for any guest who is granted permission to have their pet, please see my policies for amount. This charges will be deducted from your Damage Deposit. The $350 damage deposit is totally refundable after your departure provided my staff have given me the ok. More info on your damage deposits can be found on my policies page and will be forwarded to you in your Guest Check-In information. PLEASE NOTE: Any posted specials are for new bookings only. Refunds will not be given to current booked guests.

 Property Description

As you enter this gorgeous suite, you will have an area to take your shoes off before you head up the stairs to the main floor. This floor features the Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room as well as the first of 2 outside Decks, this one with your very own Private hot tub. The third level boasts the main bathroom and two bedrooms. The Master with it's own ensuite and access to the second Huge Deck with Incredible views. The 2nd bedroom has wonderful views of the mountains from its window.

Glacier's Reach is a sought after complex in Whistler Village North. Directly across the street from "Market Place" which includes the IGA grocery store, a bank, liqour and video store to name a few. Stroll through the village and to the whistler gondola in 10 minutes or take the free shuttle from outside the door and get there in 2 minutes. If your really tired and it's late you can hit McDonalds or grab a Pizza from across the street. It's all about the Location when you stay at #9 Glacier's Reach.

I am very firm about my policies and what I expect from ALL my guests who stay in my home. Please read them carefully and contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding them. You must be willing to accept my policies before booking my property. Once you book, it will be deemed that you have read and agreed to all of my policies. You must be 21 years of age or older to book my town home. ALL minor children MUST be under parent/guardian supervision at all times.

Suitability & Eligibility Policies

Adults - Min Age to Stay: 19 All minors MUST be accompanied by a parent or gaurdian at all times. All my guests pay the same or more to stay in my unit and I expect it to be in the same condition for them as it was for you.

Long Term Renters (Monthly) Strictly based on our nightly rate.
No Smoking Inside - Smoking Outside Permitted
Non-Smokers Only Absolutely NO smoking in the unit!. Smoking is permitted on either of the 2 decks. Please use the ashtray. Do not throw butts off deck! $100 will be deducted from your damage deposit if my maintenance people report any signs of smoking inside the unit.
Pets Depending On Type/size. Must request and be granted written permission at time of booking. An Extra Cleaning Charge Of $50 Per Pet Will be Applied. If you are found to have a pet without permission, my cleaning staff will inform me and you will be charged $100.00. Additionally, if your pet sheds and extra time is required to clean up pet hair, you will be billed for that extra time.
Seniors We welcome seniors. Please keep in mind there are some stairs in this unit.
Young Adult Groups 17-24 With Accompanying Age-Eligible Adult(s)

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Arrival Days I accept arrivals on any day of the week! HOWEVER, 2 night stays beginning on a Thursday, cutting through only part of the weekend Including Saturday - Monday will incur a $20 charge. I prefer not to have guests arriving/departing on Christmas or New Years Day.
Cancellations Made by Guests A penalty will be applied. I will refund your money if I can replace your booking; refunds are at the re-booked rate and based on the number of nights re-booked. All cancellations refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Not accepted!. We take live reservations 24/7.Once you reserve you are prompted to make payment
Delayed Arrivals No Refunds!. Unforeseen circumstances such as road closures, poor driving conditions or delayed flight arrivals etc...will not constitute a refund!
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information After final payment has been received.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract Final Payment By You Confirms Your Acceptance Of These Policies. Please read all policies carefully. Your final payment will indicate your acceptance of these policies.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the specified due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. You may re-book the dates based on availability. The deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Guests also agree to not use Owner or Contact personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Owners and their Contact.
Reservation Changes If availability permits and in accordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable .If you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation if you have not already checked-in.

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Amenity Terms of Use Cable, Internet, DVD Player, Stereo,TV, VCR, BBQ. Sometimes due to weather conditions or long term usage these amenities maybe down. As these are offered to enhance your enjoyment, I am not responsible nor will a discount be given if you encounter a problem with one of these.
Bike Storage If you are storing a bike inside the unit, please insure that tires are not directly on the floor and that there is a mat between the tire and floor. Any marks on the walls or floors from bikes will result in a damage charge
Check-In Time 4pm. Earlier check-in maybe granted upon request. There will be a $50. charge to guests who check-in early without written permission
Check-Out Time 10am Promptly. Unless Written Permission Via Email, Granted By The Owner (Tyrone Brown) A $50. charge will be applied to guests who do not check-out at this time.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any excessive cleaning over and above what our housekeeper normally charges will be charged back to you. $65/minimum. Please be sure to put garbage where it belongs (In Garbage Room In Garage) and wipe up spills etc. Charges will result in Spills and stains to the carpet.
Excessive Noise No noise policy in effect in this complex after 11pm. No noise policy in effect after the hours of 11pm.This is a family complex; please respect other guests staying in the complex. All units have a number displayed in the unit for guest to call regarding after hours noise complaints. If a noise complaint is lodged against you, we will also be notified. If there are any fines etc resulting from the complaint you will be responsible for them and you may be evicted without refund.
Garbage Removal You are responsible for removing your garbage upon departure. Garbage Bins Are In The Underground Parking Garage Clearly marked
Housekeeping $25 Housekeeping fee for all guests over 2 nights. There is a $65.00 housekeeping fee if you are only staying one night. Only for extended stays of 8 nights or more will additional housekeeping be provided.
Internet Availability & Usage Enjoy Unlimited High Speed Internet Access. Legal Activity only. Including Appropriate, Legal Chat On Chat Sites. (Not responsible for connection problems - Contact Telus for assistance, this info is in your check-in information emailed to you)
Liability I am excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in my home, while in transit to/from, or while on resort property. The Use Of The Private Hot Tub Is At Your Own Risk. Please Do Not Consume Drugs / Alcohol While In Hot Tub. Hot Tub Use Is At Your Own Risk, Owner Will Not Take Responsibility For Any Mishap/Injury Or Illness Resulting From Hot Tub Usage.
Locking Door You are responsible for locking the door each time you leave the suite. Further, the owner is not responsible for missing articles while inside or outside of my unit in Whistler Village.
Maintenance Emergencies Complete emergency contacts provided for our guests to call 24/7. Our hot tub is professionally maintained on a regular basis and the intent is that it will be operating during your stay. Sometimes we do encounter problems with the hot tub where a part needs to be replaced etc. These types of situations are inconvenient to you but are also beyond our control. We will have our hot tub maintenance person respond to any problems associated with the hot tub and address them as promptly as possible to avoid as much down time as possible. No Discounts or partial refunds will be given. Unless leaking, problems with the hot tub are not considered Emergencies and our maintenance people should only be called between 8am – 7pm
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people overnight. Strictly enforced! Anymore people will result in Immediate Eviction With No Refund
Missing Items You are responsible for any missing items from the property.
Noise Restrictions Strictly enforced!!. There are contact numbers in all units to report noise violations after 11pm
Parking & Ticketing Rental of this unit allows for 1 secured underground parking space (6'10. Please follow rules of underground parkade. (Place parking garage key back in top drawer of Kitchen on your departure. $100.00 charge will be applied for non-compliance of this).
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice. Please review my website on a regular basis. Guests who are already in my unit at the time of a policy change will be notifed by email and telephone.
Property Damage The guest will incur all expenses relating to property damage while staying in my unit caused by either him/herself or anyone in their party. Lost sets of keys will incur a $100.00 charge per set!!. By accepting my guest stay contract, you agree to pay me for all damages. Please inform me of any damages or anything requiring my attention so that I can remedy the situation immediately so you can continue to enjoy your stay and so my next guests stay will not be disrupted in any way.

Earlier Check-In

Can I Check-In Earlier Than Policy Time Allows? I Will Do My Best To Accomodate My Guests As I Appreciate Your Business. The check-in time will depend on whether or not the unit is occupied the morning of your arrival and if the cleaners have had a chance to tidy up. If Requested, I promise to email any guest 2-3 days before there arrival to let them know if The unit is vacant the night before. If so, we can agree upon an earlier check-in time.
