Your home away from home is about two minutes walk to Blackcomb lifts, less than five minutes to Whistler lifts and less than 5 minutes walk to all amenities in Whistler village. A car is not required due to the close proximity to lifts, restaurants and shops. The Gables is considered as Ski In/Ski Out by Whistler since it is under a 2 minute walk.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit and Rent is non-refundable once paid unless we can re-rent for at least the same amount. Where reimbursement is made, payment by credit card will be less 4%.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations. Deposit required to hold.
Delayed Arrivals Non refundable. We are not responsible for delayed arrivals for any reason beyond our control, unused nights are non-refundable.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Upon receipt of payment in full. Automatically emailed upon receipt of full payment
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests will pay for excessive clearning costs.
Excessive Noise Strata Bylaws Apply. We request that guests refrain from excessive noise at all times. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
Housekeeping Complimentary. For 7 nights or more, mid-week clean included. Free In-suite washer/Dryer/Iron available.
Liability We DO NOT accept any liability for injuries or illness sustained while staying in our condo. Please DO NOT let children use the jacuzzi unsurpervised. Use Caution on stairs, in hot tub, walkways, fireplace, balconies and kitchen area.
Maintenance Emergencies Phone for housekeeping/emergency issues (phone number supplied).
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 7 people.
Parking & Ticketing Pass Required. Vehicles risk being towed if the required pass is not present. In addition, guests are responsible for the safe return of such parking pass and may be levied a charge if it is not returned at the end of a stay.
Policy Updates Updates. Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Guests will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property, even if the offender is being hosted by the guest; Guest will pay for excessive cleaning charges. By accepting our guest stay contract, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur. Please enjoy your stay but respect our property.

We have been to Whistler on so many occasions and this is by far one the of the nicest condo's we've ever stayed in. It's in a fabulous location, a few minutes walk to both mountains. Just across the covered bridge for the centre of the village, up the steps for Blackcomb & just across the road for Whistler. We ski out on the same run as Snowy Creek so just a hop across the road and you're home. My girls & I love staying here, having now stayed at least 5 times in the last 2 years! Both my girls are still in ski school so being so close to the mountain is perfect for ski school drop off & pick up! Easy! The condo is beautifully done & the perfect size, 3 beds, 2 lovely bathrooms. Its really well laid out, with the master bedroom down stairs, with adjoining shower room ... the shower by the way is amazing! Leaving the other guest rooms upstairs with the lovely spa tub. Works perfectly for us all ... the girls especially love escaping upstairs in the evenings to watch TV leaving us in peace after a hard days ski! Everyone's happy. We have also stayed here in the summer for about 4 weeks, which was again fabulous. Being right on the valley trail, it was wonderful to just hop on our bikes and take off for the day to the lakes! And being so close to the mountain, perfect for hiking & down hill mountain biking! It was a really lovely summer, so much to do and we even saw Bears! Summer or Winter I cannot recommend #31 Gables enough! Thanks for sharing your wonderful home,
