Welcome to our home and thank you for your interest in our Glaciers Reach condo. Our condo is within easy reach of all amenities. the condo is equipped with  a 32inch plasma TV in the living area andTV in the bedroom. Hi speed internet access, dvd player and all furnishings.The shopping centre in the market place across the street offers all your living needs for your visit to Whistler while a short walk will carry you to the centre of all the action that is Whistler.An advantage for our condo is the general solitude in the evening that usually allows for a good night's sleep with no traffic noise. We are the original owners and used to live in Prince George .B.C. which is 500 miles north of Vancouver. We now live in the Okanagan Valley in Peachland.. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

Comfortable home with all of the basics you need for an enjoyable stay. Located within a very short walking distance to Whistler Village, ski lifts, grocery store, and pharmacy. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, close to everything. The Marketplace is right across the road with stores and restaurants for all your needs. The free WiFi, free long distance calling, & free parking were a nice bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed, the washer and dryer were very useful. The carpets and couch could use a good cleaning, but that can be expected with a rental. The owners were amazing to deal with. It is away from the noise, and very quiet, but still close to everything. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, but condo needs maintenance

Location is great -- close to the village, but at far enough that it is quite and peaceful. However, the suite definitely needs a lot of maintenance. There were many light bulbs that were burnt out in the living room and throughout the condo. The carpet throughout the condo needs to be cleaned, or replaced. You could see that it was dirty and there were tons of stains on it. There wasn't enough soap and toilet paper left in the condo. The dryer was going when we arrived and we had to unload the contents, fold them and put them away. The air conditioner worked, but it had to be closely monitored. After 6 hours it would start leaking on the inside. We ended up having to sleep without it and it got really hot in the condo. You could tell that this was a pre-existing issue as there was yellow foam in the corner of the air conditioner to try and stop the leaks. The blinds covering the balconies weren't very clean and there were broken. The balconies definitely would benefit from being washed down. I would definitely recommend replacing the shower rod with something that is stable as it came down a few times and I ended up slipping in the tub and hurting my ribs because of it. Besides these issues, it is a good condo, but it needs to be better maintained.
