Fairmont is a 20 minute drive from the Chalet The vacation Property is located 250 km from Calgary, Alberta or Invermere is 1.5 hours South of Golden, B.C., just off of Hwy.95.

Arrival Days Can be any day, Sundays are the check-in date for Summer Months.
Cancellations Made by Guests Must Cancel within 60 days from Check-in Date. If the Property can be re-rented, all the funds will be returned,less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Owner will hold for 1 day only.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract Must complete a rental agreement.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests will be charged for excessive cleaning at $25.00 per hour.
Excessive Noise Will not be tolerated. You will be evicted if noise persists.
Garbage Removal Garbage pick-up every Tuesday. Place garbage in cans, provided at roadside.

Overpriced, in poor condition

This house is not kept up well enough to be a rental. The screened in porch was full of stuff, the dishes and knifes were awful and barely usable, bedding / mattresses in poor condition, the dishwasher is 20 years old and does not clean etc. The basement was renovated as cheaply as possible. The house's layout is nice enough and it sleeps a lot of people but overall this house is not worth the price and the owner should put more care and upgrades into it for the prices he is charging.

Our Guests have been returning year after year to our beautiful home in the mountains which has had many recent upgrades, including a new composite deck and recently painted throughout. Two new wide screen HD TV's (32 inch and 51 inch) The comfortable beds are either new or have been recently upgraded as well as matching bed linens, comforters and newer pillows for the beds. The dishwasher has been checked and works perfectly. The porch is used to store extra patio furniture and recycle containers for our guests as well as some maintenance equipment for the Owner. The guests have ample room to store supplies and personal belongings. The lower level bedroom has a new double bed as well as all new mattresses on the single beds and comes complete with a full size washer/dryer in the laundry room. The dishes are newer and the silverware is of high quality stainless steel. The butcher knives are all mostly new. You and your Family will truly enjoy your stay in the mountains.
