Property Description

2400 sq ft on one floor (first). Parking right out front and in heated underground with elevator right to door. 3 very private bedrooms all with luxury ensuite baths. Large entry with separate Boot Room. Private Laundry and Powder Room in hall; close to the Media Room /4th bedroom. Master Bedroom with 9' seating area enclosed in glass with panoramic mountain views. Master Ensuite Bath features large frameless glass shower stall complete with steamer, private toilet area, make-up vanity, linen closet, hickory cabinets and slate tile all around. Living Room has an entire wall of south facing windows over looking towering pines and the Monashee Mountains. Comfortable setting for ten, the Living Room also enjoys a custom wall unit with 6' desk, a bar complete with fridge and wine fridge, computer hook-up to 50” plasma TV. A 2 sided stone / gas fireplace separates the Living Room / Dining Room. The Dining Room also has a wall of windows with the never ending forest and mountain views. With high back leather seating for ten around an antiqued expandable pine table and ten ft wood ceilings, the atmosphere is complete. Separating the Kitchen and Dining Room is a large wood island with a granite top and complimentary leather bar stools. Facing south east is a private deck featuring an upgraded hot tub for six, BBQ and access from both the Kitchen and Guest Bedroom. Privately located in the centre of all is a Media Room for ten featuring very high end surround sound and an 8' movie screen. Designed for maximum comfort, the leather sectional feature a chaise lounge, recliner and pull out queen for those late night movies. All principle rooms have halogen pot lighting controlled by dimmers, central audio music access controlled by an easy to use wall panels and great art work

You will be met and given an orientation by our on hill agents. Daily cleaning, free grocery and liquor delivery are available. Our on hill agent is only a phone call away to help with any inquiry or difficulty... no request is silly. Recently, one of our clients requested a slow cooker and electric griddle and both were delivered by the end of the day.

We are a five miinute walk to the village and right on the Black Forest chair run. Although a short distance from the village we are uniquely located to have views only of Mountains, Forest and Valleys.

Perfect Ski In / Ski Out Condo at Big White!!!

My family stayed here for a week in February 2015. There was 8 adults and we had lots of room. This condo has an incredible view and is beautiful inside. Perfect location for ski in / ski out as it sits on the side of a run that goes to the Black Forest chair. The owner was extremely helpful and we have no complaints at all. We will be back.
