Excessive Noise Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Housekeeping Complimentary at the end of stay. Additional cleanings can be pre-arranged and subject to guest's expenses.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or invitees of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Will be provided with check-in details.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum 4 people only. Exceeding this capacity will result in eviction.
Parking & Ticketing Secured Underground Parking. Available at a nightly fee

Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $1000 CAD charge on their credit card upon departure in the event of property damage. Where are you located? Our Vacation home is located right in Whistler Village. 5 minute comfortable walk will take you to the the ski lifts.
Are you a hotel? No, ours is a vacation home although we are surrounded by hotels. Therefore we have things which hotels do not have like full kitchen and insuite laundary. Hotels charge a tax of 10% and we do not.
Do you have a front desk check-in? Yes, we are one of the few vacation homes that has a front desk check-in service. Someone will greet you when you arrive.
Are there any shops and restaurants around? Within 5 minute comfortable walking radius, you would find Grocery Store, liquor store, drug store, post office, bank, movie rental, cinemas, library, fine dining or family restaurants and many other shops.


Do you have parking? Yes, underground parking is available for a fee (no snow will bury your car)


What is so famous about Whistler? Whistler is the best skiing resort in North America. That is why it is seleccted to host the 2010 Winter Olympic.

Nice condo in village north. Great value!

Overall, I was quite pleased with my experience here. The studio was great for one person and would be adequate for two. The location was very convenient; a 3 minute walk to a free frequent bus to the gondola to both mountains. Close to the IGA. The place was nice and quiet which I really appreciated. The washer/dryer were great as was the full kitchen. I wasn't that keen on the Murphy bed--not the most comfortable but ultimately adequate. I left the bed down all week and ate at the counter. It would be a bit of a chore to take the bed up and down every day but OK. The fireplace was cozy and real nice and overall I would rate my stay a 4/5. Very reasonable price for the quality/convenience of accommodation. I took the Whistler shuttle in and out so as to save the $15/night parking fee and the hassle of driving Hwy 99. You don't need a car in Whistler village. Hope to come again next year.

Great little unit located in a perfect area. The unit itself is quite tiny but it is just a studio which is all we needed this stay. The murphy bed was surprisingly very comfortable but the pull out was really springy, not very restful after a long day on the hill. Bedding was old and tattered I'd recommend bringing your own.

The wifi was quick and I had no problems connecting. There was plenty of towels in the washroom. The shower head was awful, no full body coverage and it felt like razor blades. It is located close to groceries, restaurants, shopping, clubs and Whistler Olympic Plaza. Parking is $15 a day. The condo could use some upgrades but for the price, it was a good value and I'd stay there again.

What an Ironman weekend!

It was a very nice stay and it's located at a very prime location. It's so close to everything which makes this very convenient for us. We were here to watch the Ironman race this past weekend and it was great! Everything was clean and comfortable. If you are looking just for a basic and inexpensive place to sleep and cook your meals, this place is fantastic. However, if you are looking for more space, perhaps you should look elsewhere as this is a studio suite.

Booked this room for 2 nights, 3 days for the family day weekend with my family. The desk service was unhelpful and ignorant. The second night my wife and I decided to go out for a couple of drinks. When we came back to the hotel neither of our key cards were working. We walked to the garage hoping it would work, but it didn't. No one was working front desk at the time so we had to call management, which took 25 minutes for them to let us into the hotel and room. They told us the cards were deactivated because new key cards were made for our room, though neither my wife or I ever got them remade. Upon leaving the suite we cleaned the room, but leaving a single bag of garbage behind. Never being informed that we had to throw out the garbage ourselves. We received an e-mail hours later after we already returned home, that they are charging us $50 plus tax for the "for the 3 trips of garbage disposal that they claimed". Though there was only a single bag that needed to be thrown out. Definitely not a hotel I would recommend or be returning to.

Good location for an overall uncomfortable stay

Pros: - Location: Right in the village but far enough away from the noise of clubs and restaurants. Overall, a quiet area that's still in the heart of everything. - Ease of check-in: Friendly staff at the front desk who were very clear and knowledgeable. - Internet connection: We checked in a bit early and found technicians working on the Internet connection. The Wifi afterwards was fast, no problems. Cons: - Floor: There was a collection of long white hairs in the middle of the carpet, as if it hadn't been vacuumed prior to our arrival. - Kitchen: The cutlery was presumably cleaned in the dishwasher, but almost all of the forks were still dirty with many spots and leftover food. I scrubbed it off aggressively prior to use. - Beds: Old and uncomfortable. All 3 of us woke up with aching backs for the two night we stayed. The pillows have clearly been used and abused, and the comforter looked old, smelled poor, and had questionable hygiene, like the chest it was stuffed into (we didn't bother to use it). - Bathroom: Overall clean, but the exhaust fan was caked in with dust. Also the shower head isn't the most powerful, nor does the water get very hot. - Working space: Once the murphy bed and couch bed are pulled out, there's very little walking room in the living area. We all banged our legs on the beds walking around. - Noise: Even though our unit wasn't facing Main St., there was a bit of ruckus heard from drunk people on the streets, and in the hallways. If you're a light sleeper like me, you'll likely be bothered. If not, you'll probably be fine. Recommended for: - People who'll be drinking most nights and won't care where they pass out - Parties of up to three people. Four is doable but I'd feel claustrophobic with that many people living in a tiny studio, especially with one bathroom. Not recommended for: - Couples looking for romantic getaways - Families - Seniors Would return: Not likely

Check in was great even though I didn't arrive till 4 in the morning! The accommodation was nice and quiet and had everything you could want, you can even do your laundry while staying! The location was handy it was only a 10 minute walk at most to the lifts, the only minor quibble was the combination lock for ther ski locker, it drove me up the wall!!

The studio is average size and it's good for 2 most i believe. the mattress/pillow are quite old and it's able time to change. The bedding needs to be clean cuz we got rash after the first night so need to be washed right the way. The wifi is not working quite well but owner didn't borther to try to make it work. We had to restart the router every 30 mins. It is as good as you can get as its the peak season.

The room was well kept and all amenities were basic and simple, yet the cable and internet were a little shaky. Seeing as we were out on the slopes or out in restaurants the entire time, this didn't effect our trip very much, but if you need fast reliable internet, bring your own hotspot. If you're looking for anything luxurious, this is not the best choice. If you're looking for a simple room with simple and well-kept amenities for a great price, this is your place. Keep in mind it is a bit farther away from the lifts as anticipated. Overall, a decent place and a good value.

The staff at this place are really nice and the location is great. It was very economical and cozy. Overall it was nice until we got back to Vancouver and were being charged $50 for towels and extra cleaning of the bathtub. I spoke with the owner and advised that I understood regarding the towels however the extra cleaning charge for the tub was total BS. There were no pictures of the bath tub and as 30 year old working professionals we know how to use a bathtub. I explained this to the owner who did apologize but came up with a really terrible excuse saying that they had issues with past tenants...um hello we are not past tenants. We were trying to be economical but for the amount we ended up adding to our total at the end we should have just stayed somewhere else so as not to deal with this. I will not stay at this unit again nor refer any one else. I would say its much better to pay a little bit extra and not have to get nickled and dimed after your stay. I feel that this ruined our entire experience as everything else was actually fantastic.

The place was definitely one of the cheapest, but the bed is so uncomfortable, you're very much better off laying out a bit more money to get a good night's sleep. Otherwise, the place was clean and furnished appropriately. The wireless internet kept breaking continuously, which was very frustrating. Finally, location is great, easy walk to everything.

Accommodation was vey good, however the pre clean prior to my taking occupation could have been better, with the area beneath the pull down bed never having been cleaned. At night if the pillows drop down the space they got covered in dust and bits an pieces. Complimentary teas and coffees for new arrivals including a couple of milk pots would have been appreciated. If the cleaning was improved and the complementary teas had been there I would have rated this as excellent. Andy

Deer lodge is so convenient for travellers who like to shop and party. everyone is very nice and the place was comfy for us to stay in. will definitely come back for another trip.
