Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||All payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money minus a 10% cancellation fee, or the amount of the new booking minus a 10% fee.|
|Courtesy Hold Reservations||For maximum fairness to all, we operate on a first come first served basis and do not. The first party to book the property by clicking RESERVE NOW gets the dates in question.|
|Delayed Arrivals||No refunds for missed nights.|
|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||Full arrival and information package sent by email upon making balance of payment. Includes directions, access codes and contact numbers.|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. |Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Guest Stay Policies

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Noise||Quiet time is 10 PM - 8 AM. A fine or eviction may occur for excessive noise.|
|Housekeeping||Cleaning after departure is included. Guests staying 7 nights or more may request a complimentary linen change. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.|
|Liability||The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages and for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property, or on resort lands.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Local maintenance service with 24 hour coverage.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||6. Additional persons will result in eviction.|
|Property Damage||Common or private property damage includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, lude public behavior, missing items/theft. Guest agrees to pay for all common or private property damage caused by the Guest themself, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted. Refunds will not be issued in the event of eviction.|

The condo was great! The location is the absolute best in our opinion, with quick and easy access to the Ridge Rocket and Snow Ghost chairs (great to Bullet as well). It was extremely easy to ski in and out! The condo had all the amenities - BBQ, hottub. Loved the steam shower at the end of the day! The kitchen was well equipped, even had a crockpot to warm up lunch so we didn't have to stop skiing for too long.

This was a great family condo and we experienced no glitches with booking, directions, instructions for parking, getting in, the ski locker, etc. There was lots of room for our 3 boys and us to have lovely Christmas vacation. We loved the ski in, ski out with a hot tub after each day on the hill. The condo was well appointed in all respects and the kitchen left us wanting for nothing. We found the accommodation to be clean, comfortable, warm and quiet. We had a super time and would stay there again!

For the rate we were paying to stay in The aspens at big white, our expectations weren't too high. However, when we arrived, we realized the pictures on the website did not do it justice. Our suite was not only bigger then it looked in the pictures, it was very clean and well maintained. A beautiful place all together. A true ski in/ski out made hitting the hill super easy and quick, which also made that hottub absolutely delightful to soak in immediately after coming in off the run. It is easy to say our group looks forward to staying at The aspens at Big White again! Thanks again for the great stay! Colby

We had a Great time in your Rental Suite! First off, the photos that you have up on your website do not show your place properly. When I first saw the photos, I (We) all thought it's a bit small but we thought we will just make do? But once you open the door wow ! the place is a great surprise!!! The place is way bigger than it looks on the website! 3 bedrooms ! the site says one Den but It's a Third room. The place comes with everything you would need. We never found ourselves looking of wishing there was something more. I have been going to Big White for Over Ten years now and sometimes twice a year so I can tell you the Ski in, Ski out is one of the best on the mountain. The ski locker just out the front door is another bonus. So nice just to grab your gear as you walk out your door. Here is my only negative. The Hot tub is real small. Part of my fun and what I look forward to is jumping in the Hot Tub after a long day on the hills and having a couple cold beers in the Hot Tub and talking about the day before dinner. The space provided on the deck only allows a small Hot Tub and really is only good for three adults. For me it wasn't that is was so small but it wasn't really deep. That for me was a big disappointment and only used it once. Having said all that, if you're not one who cares about a soak in the hot tub this place is great ! Thanks for a Great Weekend !

We enjoyed our stay. The facilities were better than expected. This was our 4th ski trip and our first in Canada. It was by far our best trip. The amenities were as good as they looked on line. The only snag was figuring out how to get in the building. Once that was done, the rest was nothing short of exceptional. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great time staying in this condo. It was very clean and very well stocked with lots of dishes and cooking tools. We were impressed with all the spices that were well stoked as well. Access to skiing was very convenient and easy even for our small kids. We would definitely stay again. It's wonderful to come in for lunch and finish a day in a new warm and cozy place!

Aspens was an amazing place to stay at big white. The ski in ski out location is seconds to none, literally being able to ski to the back door and even gaining access to the slopes from the same way. The unit itself is modern and spacious for a small group of people. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

We loved the ski-in,ski-out convenience The ability to come in for lunch and dinner then get right out to the runs was awesome.The suite felt like home and having the hot tub was a bonus for tired muscles and cold kids.The rooms were great and the master bed was very comfortable. The parking spot couldn't have been closer so check in and out was fast and easy.
