Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|

|Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. |Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||$45 per hour plus 12% HST in excess of 2 hours of cleaning plus a 5% processing fee.|
|Excessive Noise||Subject to eviction. There will be No Refund due to eviction.|
|Forgotten Items by Guest||Not responsible for left item.|
|Garbage Removal||Located in parking garage.|
|Housekeeping||Owner direct. Clean on arrival; clean on departure. There is no mid-stay clean.|

By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur. Damage includes, but not restricted to noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants's behavior while in the property or on common premises|

|How do local and long distance phone calls work?||Local phone calls are free unlike hotels which charge $1.00 per call. For long distance calls, please bring your calling card or bill your credit card.|
|Is there smoking allowed.||Absolutely no indoor smoking.|

|What is the cancellation policy?||Cancellations accepted 45 days prior to arrival less 20% transaction fee.|
|How do we make a reservation?||View availability on the calendar located on the Availability Page. Then simply click on "Reserve Now" located on the top of the page to submit your reservation. You will be contacted by email to confirm final availability|
|What kind of payment is required for the reservation?||25% at time of booking. Balance of payment 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment if 45 days prior to arrival at time of booking.|
|Is there a damage deposit taken at time of reservation?||When you check in at the front desk you will be asked to sign off on a registration card which states you accept full responsibility for the unit, payment and damages. Pre-authorization will be done on your credit card and it will be released shortly upon your departure if there is no damage, missing items, levies or excess cleaning charges.|

|How do we check in?||Please head to the front desk services located at Deer Lodge to check in. You will be handed 2 keys which allows you access to a) the condo and b) the common area which includes the elevator, front entrance, parking garage, hot tub area and laundry room at Marketplace.|
|Where can we find parking?||Complimentary underground secure parking is provided at Marketplace. Please check in at the front desk at Deer Lodge to get access to the key for underground parking off Lorimer Road.|
|Who do I contact for an emergency?||If the front desk is open, please inform them of the emergency and they will follow up. If the front desk is closed there will be a 24 hour emergency phone number provided.|
|Where can we get discount lift tickets?||Buy them online on AlluraDirect.com. Book in advance and save up to 35% on lift tickets.|

I spent a long weekend with my family at this apartment. Location is excellent, with nice views of the Olympic Plaza at Whistler Village, I didn't use my car one day, something that I really like. The apartment is nicely set, and it has everything in perfect condition. The kitchen is small, as expected, but is very complete, it has anything you might need - we had breakfast and dinner everyday during our stay. Hot water and heating works perfect, something you need in a ski resort. It also has a wireless fast internet connection, a nice TV set, blue ray and cable TV - my kids loved it. The parking lot is covered and convenient with lifts to the apartment. We had a great stay and I can only say good things. A place I really recommend and I expect to return. The concierge by the way is extremely kind and helpful.

Cleanleness was poor when we arrived. During 8 days of the stay there is no service, no household products even no extra toilet paper. The place behind is a little bit noisy with the people that came from the late night bar or the dancing at 3 am.

The Marketplace Lodge location was very good for us. We walked to & from the Gondola every day with our snowboard boots on ...took less than 10 minutes and was an easy walk. We walked to all restaurants, shops and bars. The convenience of the immediately adjacent marketplace stores, including Starbucks, McDonalds, IGa, drug store, and liquor store were great, and I actually preferred our location (at the end of the Village Stroll but part of the Marketplace Shopping Center) to one in the middle of the Village Stroll (where we would have a longer walk to the Marketplace stores). Besides, generally the further down the Village Stroll from the Gondola, the loewer the acconmodation cost. While the Marketplace Lodge condos are small and are not luxury accomodations, they provide good value and convenience. We would stay there again.

Although the suite was nice and the balcony was perfect, the discomfort I experienced while trying to sleep was unfortunate. For a suite in the heart of market place i was expecting there to be reasonably comfortable bed. The comforter was great but the pillows were horrible and the overall quality of the mattress was questionable. Furthermore there was only 4 rolls of toilets paper for an entire week, we ran out on day 4. The towels in the bathroom reeked of previous use from the hot tub. Unfortunately my expectations for the suite were not met but nonetheless I had a good time being in whistler.

My husband and I were so pleased with our stay in Whistler at this lovely property in Marketplace Lodge. The suite was cozy and equipped. Best of all the view was stunning - seeing both mountains and the peak-to-peak gondola was mesmerizing. At night the lights of the Village Stroll are so colourful and pretty. The location is perfect as it is close to everything yet quiet being near the end of the stroll. Great hottub, nice people - such a fun and beautiful place!
