Conveniently located behind Four Seasons Hotel on Spearhead Drive, our professionally decorated ski-in/out townhouse includes all the design elements that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Granite counter top, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floor in the living room and soft carpeting in the bedrooms, comfortable furniture and down and feather dressed beds. For parents with little one, we have a full-size crib, portable high chair, stool and baby gate to make travel life easier.

Property Description

Ground Floor-Large hall entrance (great for confining wet gear,boots, etc.), ski and bike storage. Private laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing board. Private garage with entrance to ground floor.

Second Floor-Living room with hardwood floor, flat screen TV and sliding door open to deck. There is a outstanding mountain view from the deck. Dining area and kitchen are adjacent to the living area. You can cook and watch TV at the same time. One bedroom with bunk bed and one twin bed, perfect for children to play while you relax in front of the gas fireplace. One full bathroom with shower is also located on the second floor.

Third floor: Master bedroom with two queen beds, flat-screen TV, a make-up area for the ladies, ensuite bathroom has jetted tub. Second bedroom has one king bed with ensuite bathroom and TV. Extra storage closet for extra bedding, books and games

Location

Ski-in/out, cross the road put your skis on and in a minute you are at the base of Blackcomb with easy access to both mountains. Want to walk down? Only 5 minutes down the slope and at Blackcomb Base you can sample savories in wonderful restaurants, relax in the Bar with your friends at the Chateau Whistler, or explore the ski shops and boutiques. Want to head for the Whistler Village....only another short pretty walk of 5 minutes. So close to the hustle and bustle of the village, but far enough away to enjoy a QUIET night's sleep. And we are 5 minutes from KIDS KAMP is another bonus. Drop them off and off you go. Want to go to Four Season Resort for their bar and spa services, turn to your right after leaving the door, you will be there in 3 minuts. There is also a free shuttle bus if you do not have a car and do not wish to walk, that will take you around.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Guest Stay Policies

Policies:
Bike Storage Store bike in private garage at the main entrance. Very convenient and secure bike storage. You don't even have to lock your bike. Do not bring bike upstairs because it might mark the wall.
Check-In Time 4pm.
Check-Out Time 10am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be charged directly to damage deposit. For any linen that is stained and cannot be cleaned in a reasonable manner, the replacement cost will be charged against damage deposit.
Excessive Noise This is a Quiet area.There is zero tolerance for any excessive noise. Complaints will result in eviction. Minimal charge for noise violation according to strata bylaw $200
Garbage Removal When departure, remove all garbages to the designated garbage bin.
Housekeeping Before arrival and after departure. Complimentary midstay cleans provided for bookings of 8 nights or more.
Internet Availability & Usage Complementary High Speed Internet access . See check-in e-mail for access
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler.
Locking Door Press any key, then turn the nob to lock the door. Please double check the door is locked
Maintenance Emergencies Call cleaning company, see Check-in e-mail for contact info.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Although the unit can sleep 11, but maximum capacity is 10 due to fire regulation.
Missing Items The cost will be deducted from damage deposit.
Noise Restrictions Excessive noise is not allowed after 10pm. All complaints will be referred to the local police who will attend and possibly fine/charge rowdy guests.
Parking & Ticketing Two parking passes are available to park in front of the unit. Please display parking pass in your vehicle at all times. Vehicles without valid parking pass will be towed. Upon checking out, return both parking pass to the unit. Missing parking pass will be charged min. $150 Canadian for replacement.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to $3000 charge on credit card if damages is confirmed by cleaning company and/or strata. Damages include, but limit to property damages, missing item, noise complaint and other bylaw violations. Missing Parking Permit ($150 each) and missing key ($25 each)

How many cars can I park? You can park maximum of three cars, two with parking permits in front of the unit and one in the private garage.

How do I order pay-per-view movies or channels? Call Shaw Cable at 604-932-1111 between 8am to 9pm Monday to Sunday and provide service address and credit card info. You can find service address in your check-in e-mail.

I would most definitely recommend this property. I have stayed in many places in Whistler, and this place was the largest and most comfortable place. The host responded quickly to any inquiries that I had, and was very accommodating. He made sure our stay was comfortable.

This large home is everyone's dream home. Three large bedrooms with three bathrooms, full size kitchen (well stocked) BBQ, and garage. The garage was very handy, as we used it to put our ski equipment in.

It was easy to ski out of the condo to the Blackcomb lifts. Easy to take the bus from Whistler gondola. The only draw back was there was no hot tub, but the deep bath tubs in the two master bedrooms compensated for that. I will most definitely rent this place again!!!

2015 Skiing season a bust but nice time at "home".

Great property with more beds than we needed (had room for probably 3-5 more people). Place had everything we needed and was a short drive to Parking lot 5&6 at the base of Blackcomb. Sadly this was not the year for Skiing at Whistler, but at least going "home" was nice. Spent a significant amount of time in the living room playing cards (games are a nice amenity to have lying around the house to pass time). Also nice to be literally around the corner from the Four Seasons so when we didn't want to cook ... we checked out Side Cut their steak restaurant.

very good process with arrival and departure instruction. clean. Owner responded to emails promptly and addressed all our questions and concerns. This unit was one of very few that had a room and bed configuration that met the needs of our group. Ski out to base was <5 minutes with minimal walking. same for ski in.

Great rental property with plenty of space. I rented this condo for a men's ski trip. We had 7 guys and it was a perfect fit for us. Even the bunk beds were comfortable to sleep on. Close to the village and to the lifts. The living room is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. I especially like the downstairs area for storing skis and boots and a convenient area to hang jackets. Nice to keep all the ski stuff out of the main living area. Very easy owners to deal with as well since they promptly answered all questions and concerns I had. Tough to find a better deal in Whistler.

The Karim Family have put together a beautiful home. Our group felt at home immediately in the well arrange kitchen and welcoming dining and family rooms. The house is a 10 minute walk to the slopes and a 15 minute walk to the Whistler Village. Great place and a great time!
