|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Noise||Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. You will be charged with all costs should an eviction take place.|
|Housekeeping||Cleaning after departure is included; in addition, guests staying 8 nights or more receive a complimentary charnge of towels & bedsheets every 5th day. Additional housekeeping can be arrange for a fee|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any harm to you or your guests while they are on our property or at any location at the Big White Resort.|

Trappers Crossing is a great location to stay while at Big White. It's so close to the Village and Market. The condo we stayed was beautiful and very spacious with a great layout. We will definitely come back here on our next Big White visit.

I love this condo. This is our second time staying here and now this is our go to rental when going up to Big White. Love the location, the hot tub, the washer and dryer and the space that this condo has. I gave the kitchen a 4 because I couldn't find a garlic press. Next time I will remember to bring my own.
I also wish there there was a scrubber or some SOS pads to clean pots and pans. I think that is the same problem that previous guests had as I saw a soiled pot in the cupboard. Overall, that is pretty minor stuff for a great place to stay.View Full Review

Very clean little condo with private hot tub, private heated garage, W/D/DW, and heated floors. Everything provided including spices for cooking. Only a few minor issues: batteries needed for garage door remote, entry to garage not shovelled. ice maker did not work and shower drain was slightly clogged. The condo was a very nice size and was really nice! It is in a really great location close to the village. Having the hot tub on the deck was a definite bonus! The bed was super comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.
Wonderful ski condo

This condo was one of our best stays at Big White so far, and we've had many. I just hope my positive review doesn't make it harder for us to rent this unit again in future! Great kitchen, dining area, living room, wireless, beds, etc., small but good bathroom, loved the in-unit laundry. The hot tub is also super, though no real view, just the next building. Plenty of towels! Everything was very clean and tidy, the kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances with two exceptions - we couldn't find a cutting board, and the kitchen knives were so-so (there was what I think was a sharpener but I don't know how to use that kind). Ski access from the condo is awesome, a short walk between buildings to Perfection run, a blue, but even I can manage to ski the lower section down to the lifts. The better skiers in my party skied in via Perfection; I just walked up from the village. Village access is also awesome, again a short walk - really, just steps - to the heart of the village for groceries, restaurants, and the lodge for tickets and rentals. Instructions to get there and get into the garage and condo were clear and easy. Communication with the owners was a pleasure, and though we didn't need to contact the property manager it was nice that their info was clearly posted. Storing skis and boots in the heated garage is really convenient. We keep coming back to Big White because it has so much terrain for both the great skier and the not-so-great skier (me), and generally very good snow conditions. The mid-February skiing was good, though we heard it had been icy for a couple of weeks just prior. We got some new snow every day, and quite a bit one day. Note: arriving on Monday afternoon, we'd intended to night ski, until we discovered there is none on Mondays. Check for that if you plan to night ski. Thanks, Kerrie and Glen, we had a great stay!

One of the nicest one bedroom condos at Big White, not just because of the modern furnishings and great locations, but it also very thoughtfully stocked with many extras in the kitchen/bath that other condos always seem to be lacking. For a one bedroom condo, it has a fairly large common area, including dinner seating for up to 12 (8 at the table and 4 at the bar), so well set up for entertaining. The only knock I witnessed is no fault of the owners, whomever built these condos skimped on the soundproofing, so expect some noise from neighbouring families, fortunately for us, they were all quiet at night. Gorgeous condo!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo owned by Glen and Kerrie right in the heart of the village. Very nice place. Clean and well kept with plenty of room. Kitchen and bath were well stocked. Hot tub was wonderful. Inside parking was great as it snowed almost the whole time we were there. The snow at Big White is terrific and we would love to stay here again if we get the chance.

We had a fabulous stay at Trappers Crossing! Almost everything you need in an apartment. Nice to relax in the bubblebath on the balcony after a day of skiing. There could have been a room for to dry your clothes in and the view could have been better. But overall an excellent place to stay. Powder for the people!

The photos really don't do it justice. Wen we arrived, it was clean, warm and welcoming. It was much bigger than we expected from the photos and had everything you need. Would be nice to have had some basics there, salt, pepper etc. Loved the huge bed, big TV, fire & hot tub. We had a great time and the apartment really is 10 steps from the village centre, location is just perfect. Thanks for a great stay.

Large, well equipt, modern condo

Our family of four spent two nights here over Spring break. The accomodations were better than we expected. It is a modern, spacious condo that is well equipt. The private hottub on the deck was great. There is an extra long, heated, secure garage to park your vehicle. The condo is very convenient to the amenities of Big White. Although there are plenty of windows for natural light, there are no views of the mountains as the unit is surrounded by other buildings. However, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again as we quite enjoyed it.

My husband and son spent a fabulous week staying at Trappers Crossing. The location is very close to the village. The condo was as described by Glen and Kerrie. It was presented beautifully and homely. It is has a ski out location, but although it is not true ski in, it was only a few meters to walk to the door from Perfection Run . I would recommend this condo :)

Our stay at this condo in Trappers Crossing couldn't have been better. We were visiting our daughter who works for Big White and we were centrally located with easy access to the town centre, the gondola and Happy Valley. The condo was very well presented with a very comfortable bed.
