 Property Description

Very spacious 1,400 square foot, 3 floor townhouse with many ammenities. Upper floor has a large master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, 3rd bedroom and a full bathroom. Main floor has a full kitchen, dining room for 8, sun nook, office, 2nd bathroom and living areas. The office includes internet access, full desk and accessories. Living area has a 52" television, DVD player, stereo and two large couches. The townhouse has amazing views of the mountains, including a relaxing sun nook to view them from. Behind the townhouse there is secure storage for ATVs, snowmobiles and other sporting equipment. (There is a basement that can be used for groups of more than 9. It can accommodate an additional 5 people if necessary. Special booking required and additional costs)

There is a 52" television screen, cd changer, stereo, dvd player and additional reclining chairs. The are various games, books and magazines in the living room that guests are encouraged to use. The office space is directly attached to this area. It includes a full desk with wireless internet access, desk lamp, bulletin board, pens and additional items.

The dining room is large and bright and includes views of the mountains. The dining room table can accommodate 8 comfortably and 10 with a bit of squeezing. Serving counter from the kitchen directly beside the dining room table. The bright chandalier creates a festiv setting for your holiday.

Ross Ridge Retreat is only two blocks away from a variety of stores including a IDA Pharmacy, Handi-Mart Grocery, Cinnamon Bear Cafe, 7-Eleven, a Liquor store and many other shops. Numerous restaurants are only two blocks away as well including Vito's and Popeil's (Two of the best in town).

Ross Ridge Retreat is located in Coleman Alberta which is in the Crowsnest Pass. Only two blocks off the main road in Coleman the property is close to all services and stores that you require including a pharmacy, liquor store, grocery / convenience store, cafe, two restaurants, gas station and more. Coleman is only five minutes from Blairmore which has an IGA, Extra Foods, additional Pharmacies, local tourism information, Powder Keg Ski Hill and numerous other ammenities. Ross Ridge Retreat is 70kms from Fernie Ski Resort and 45kms from Castle Mountain Ski Resort.
