Property Description

This new, well-appointed designer renovated, extremely spacious 1046 square foot single floor condo, faces southeast for your light and bright stay in Whistler! Upon entering, the open, gourmet kitchen is on the right. The open plan dining/living room is directly ahead with cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with fantastic views of the slopes, mountain, swimming pool and hot tub. To the left of the living room you have a private fully furnished covered balcony overlooking the slopes and the swimming pool. Off to the left is a long hallway with entrance to the second bedroom on the right and to the bathroom and washer/dryer closet on the left. At the end of the hallway you enter the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. You can see the slopes from the sofa while drinking coffee in the morning planning your day on the mountain. Park below in the secure, free, heated indoor garage, and take the elevator up to our unit.

The Woodrun Lodge, a premiere ski in/out location situated just above the base of Blackcomb Mountain. It is located just steps above the world-renowned five-star Chateau Fairmont Hotel, which has outstanding Spa facilities available to the public, and features the Mallard Lounge with nightly live piano singer, great food, outdoor fire pits, and a cigar bar. The Four Seasons Resort located 5 minutes away, has an incredible Spa and the Fifty Two 80 Bistro is an adventure in seafood. Fine and casual dining, designer clothing, ski shops/rental, gifts and accessories, wine & beer and a grocery shopping are just 3 minutes away. Whistler Kids Ski School is also conveniently located at the base of Blackcomb. Charming 5 minute walk to Whistler Village, or take the free village shuttle which stops in front of Woodrun Lodge. It is within easy walking distance of all local amenities and is a perfect location for both summer and winter holidays - wonderful for golf, tennis, canoeing, river rafting etc. as well as every winter sport imaginable! We prefer to walk, as everything is so close. You will never need your car once you arrive! Vancouver Airport to Whistler: The Vancouver-Whistler drive takes about 2 hours, depending on road and traffic conditions. Cancellations Made by Guests Minimum 1 night stay and 5% credit card fee. If canceling within 45 days the balance refundable is subject to our ability to re-rent the unit plus 5%.

Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Full information package is emailed following receipt of final balance. This includes access information and codes for our unit. Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Property Sale All bookings will be preserved in the event of a property sale. If the booking is not preserved by the new Owners, the new Owners will be contractually bound to move your booking at their expense.
Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Excessive Noise There is zero tolerance for any excessive noise. $100 Strata Bylaw for excessive noise. Eviction will occur if guests create excessive noise.Triggered if Security Company called.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible to dispose of garbage from unit days when unit is not serviced. Garbage located near the parking garage entry
Housekeeping Clean on guests arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled by contacting Sophie at the guest's request and expense.
Liability None. We assume no liability for personal bodily injury in our home, for guests or guests of our guests, while in transit to/from or while on resort property.
