Welcome to the Comfort Family Chalet! Creating memories. That’s what it’s all about - we purchased this chalet because we want our kids to look back on many great times shared at Big White. We invite you to also create positive, lasting memories of your fantastic experience at Big White, enhanced by your stay in our executive-style chalet that has been designed to cater to all, whether you're here to ski or just relax. The Chalet is a post and beam fourplex designed to the highest standards. Developed to create a warm open atmosphere, our Chalet boasts extensive use of natural wood and imported slate.

Property Description
Very spacious 1,770 square foot, 2 floor chalet plus 2 decks. Lower floor has kitchen, dining and living areas, full laundry facilities, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with heated slate floor. Upper floor has large entrance, loft area, 3rd bedroom and a full bathroom, covered deck with hot tub. The parking spots have direct access into the chalet's upper floor.

This chalet offers privacy for multiple families. You have a washer and dryer and a telephone available for local calls. The hot tub is large with a breathtaking view. There is a TV in the loft with both DVD and VHS players as well as cable. A smaller TV is available in the living room. Free internet access is included.

Location
Our chalet is in the Snow Pines development, with ski in and ski out access to the lifts and about a 3 minute ski from the chalet to the Ridge Rocket, Snow Ghost, and Plaza chair lifts. The village is a 10-15 minute walk along a lighted walkway, or a two minute drive. A free shuttle bus is available to take you to the village. The Plaza chairlift takes you to the centre of the village if you are on skis.

If for some reason there has been a housekeeping error and the property is not ready upon your arrival at 4pm pst, we will refund your first night if it's not cleaned and ready by 8pm. The property will be cleaned the next day if we are unable to get it cleaned that first night. |

Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost, broken or missing common or private property items, smoking or pets inside the property, and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behaviour while in the property or on common premises. |
