Our fully furnished unit sleeps 6 w 2 bedrms, 2 bathrms, living rm and dining area, private deck, heated flooring, huge walk-in closets, equipped kitchen, heated ski storage, heated parking, elevator access & a shared hot tub. Its located in Red Mountain Resort with ski in & in WALKING proximity to dining and pubs & in close driving proximity to Rossland (5 min by car/shuttle).

 Property Description

Very spacious 1,100 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a private balcony. Master bedroom has its own bathroom as well as patio doors leading to the deck overlooking the mountains. 2nd bedroom has a single over double bunk. The parking spots have elevator access. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, stone gas fireplace. Laundry facilities are contained in the suite.

Living area contains stone gas fireplace, luxury microsuede queen sofa bed, 27 inch tv with home theater system, leather arm chairs and ottomans, large wooden and leather round coffee table/ottoman. It has a french door leading to the private deck.

Dining area contains beautiful cherry wood dining table and four chairs as well as two bar stoors alongside the granite countertop. Full dinner ware service for 6.

Unlike a hotel; there is no daily linen/housekeeping service. Washers and dryers with laundry detergent are in the unit.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests Must be done 45 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation, all deposits are forfeited unless we are able to rebook the entire confirmed space as requested on your reservation. Cancellations made within 45 days or less prior to checkin result in full penalty (no refunds, no exceptions). We strongly recommend our guests to purchase cancellation or travel insurance as there are no refunds for early departures, weather conditions, illness or injury.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract Booking receipt and confirmation of polices sent on booking and checkin package sent by email 1 week prior to arrival.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Subject to $250 cleaning fee.
Excessive Noise Strictly enforced. Subject to a $150 fine and possible eviction in the case of excessive noise during quiet hours.
Garbage Removal Garbage must be disposed of in the designated refuse dumpsters.
Housekeeping Housekeeping will be done prior to your arrival. During your stay, housekeeping services are not provided.
Liability The owners and managers of the rental accommodations shall not be held liable for damage, injuries, or weather related problems occurring during or affecting the renter's booking or stay.

Disappointing

This unit is exactly as shown in the photos but the photos don't tell the whole story. Advertised two hair dryers but there were none. Hair dryers are necessary for four days of skiing and -15C weather. Owner promised to deliver replacements but never fulfilled the promise. The linens were old and well used, yellowed and stained. I have never before had to wash the sheets to feel comfortable using them. The unit was set at 14C when we arrived at 6 pm but due to the heating system very slow to heat up. By the next morning it was 19C. Had to sleep in a ski top and long underwear the first night.

We just came back from a stay at this condo. This was our second time at this condo - once booked in the summer. Excellent place, friendly owners, very very affordable compared to nearby condos, awesome skiing. Would recommend to anyone wanting a getaway during any season! We will return! Thank you!

Great Place, great time at Red

We stayed at this lovely home for a week in august and found the condo to be very warm and welcoming. Clean, comfortable and everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very friendly throughout the process and accommodating when we wanted to checkout an hour later on our checkout date.We would return here again in the future and recommend the place to anyone coming to Rossland for a visit.

Ski Base Condo

I will submit a review but will not agree to Flipkey's terms or conditions (why should I?). I did check the box in order to get this message to you. The Red Resort Condo is conveniently located within a short walk to the ski lifts and one can ski out directly to the unit. The buildings hot tub is outside the front door which is very welcome on a cold day. There were a few minor problems with appliances which were dealt with promptly by the very friendly and accommodating owners.

Good location, nice home, some issues

The booking-in process was efficient, the home well-located and clean upon initial arrival, and the overall experience very satisfying. Issues: Kitchen utensils had been borrowed by another family, and were only returned after Christmas, leaving us with limited options for cooking our various meals. Whilst altruism is a good trait and excellent when extended to friends, it should not impact on your clients. We had to extend our stay due to bad weather and, upon re-negotiating another night, were told that we had to wait until the cleaners had finished before re-entry. The cleaners never came - the beds were unmade, and the place was as we had left it. I think that you might like to check up on your cleaners - they might not be doing what you think they are. Not a big issue for us, more of a worry for you, especially if a new client comes in and the place is unclean.
