Our fully furnished unit sleeps 6 w 2 bedrms, 2 bathrms, living rm and dining area, private deck, heated flooring, huge walk-in closets, equipped kitchen, heated ski storage, heated parking, elevator access & a shared hot tub. Its located in Red Mountain Resort with ski in & in WALKING proximity to dining and pubs & in close driving proximity to Rossland (5 min by car/shuttle).

 Property Description

Very spacious 1,100 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a private balcony. Master bedroom has its own bathroom as well as patio doors leading to the deck overlooking the mountains. 2nd bedroom has a single over double bunk. The parking spots have elevator access. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, stone gas fireplace. Laundry facilities are contained in the suite.

Wooden bunkbed in the smaller room contains a double bunk on the bottom and single on top

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen - large appliances include gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Smaller appliances include blender, toaster, coffee machine. Cutlery, serving ware, dishes etc . The kitchen is fully equipped such that you wont need anything else.

Living Area

Living area contains stone gas fireplace, luxury microsuede queen sofa bed, 27 inch tv with home theater system, leather arm chairs and ottomans, large wooden and leather round coffee table/ottoman. It has a french door leading to the private deck.

Dining Area

Dining area contains beautiful cherry wood dining table and four chairs as well as two bar stoors alongside the granite countertop. Full dinner ware service for 6.

*Smoking is not permitted. *Check in: 4:00 pm. *Check Out: 11:00 am. *No Pet policy. *Hot Tubs: We require that children be accompanied by an adult. *Quiet Hours: From 11pm to 7am daily. Please do not use the hottub during quiet hours. *Occupancy max: 6 people (4 Adults and 2 children max). *Housekeeping: Prior to your arrival, your rental unit has been cleaned and prepared with fresh linens and towels. Unlike a hotel; there is no daily linen/housekeeping service. Washers and dryers with laundry detergent are in the unit.
