With the ski-in/ski-out feature you are steps away from exploring the mountain runs. This spacious 3-level townhouse features an open floor plan ideal for family gatherings. The in-line living and dining room feature hardwood floors, area rug and a beautiful river-rock gas fireplace. Upper level boasts three bedrooms, two of which share a full bathroom and the master bedroom with it's own full ensuite. Lower level has a spacious den with a sofa-bed and TV as well as a laundry room with washer/dryer.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless bookings can be replaced by another guest. Refunds will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee
Courtesy Hold Reservations We apologize, but we don't hold reservations without a deposit.
Delayed Arrivals Sorry, but we do not refund for delayed arrivals that are outside of our control.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed to you upon receipt of final and full payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract When you book online you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Please make your payments on time - failure to make payments by the due dates will result in cancellations and loss of deposit/payments made. Guests can re-book dates based on availability and all deposits/payments will be applied to the new reservation

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Bike Storage Secure heated double-garage with direct access from interior and locked garage door. Bikes can be stored in the garage
Check-In Time 4pm.
Check-Out Time 10am. Strictly enforced as our cleaners need to access the unit right at that time.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs If there is serious abuse of the interior of the townhouse (ie.spills not mopped up, spoiled food left out, ground-in dirt and/or food on furniture or carpet), cleaning costs will be paid by guest. This is our home and we go to great lengths to make it pleasant for you. All we ask is that you treat it with respect and common sense.
Excessive Noise You will be evicted without a refund. We like our neighbors and want them to like us, so our goal is to rent to like-minded people who will respect others' rights to privacy and a quiet enjoyable vacation
Garbage Removal Please take Garbage to the Transfer Station located on Industrial Way (western entrance to the resort).
Housekeeping The unit is cleaned after your departure
Liability Guest is responsible. Owner will not be held liable for any injury or guest property damage while in our unit or complex
Locking Door Coded door locks. Access codes set for each guests arrival. Please ensure doors are locked when unit is unoccupied

Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10 people.
Missing Items Guest is responsible. Any items missing from the unit will be charged to the guest's credit card
Noise Restrictions Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after 11pm; occupants may be evicted subsequent to noice complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noice complaints. The outdoor hot tub area can be used after 11pm, but out of respect for our neighboring families please engage in quiet conversation
Policy Updates Our policies may be updated from time to time, so please refer back to this site for any questions you may have.
Property Damage Guest is responsible. Damage includes, but is not limited to, property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken property items, smoking inside or outside of the property, pets, and all charges related to resort, security service, or police involvement regarding guest (or guest of guest's) behavior while at the property or on common premises of Woodhaven or Sun Peaks Resort. Any property damages will be deducted from the Damage Deposit paid.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Our property is zoned for short term rentals. It is a Sun Peaks requirement for properties to be made available for rental unless owner occupied 51% of the time

Terms of Eviction Not our goal, but multiple complaints will lead to eviction by Sun Peaks security service. Excessive noise and/or guests after 11pm without owner permission, property damage, disturbing the peace and smoking of any kind are grounds for eviction
