Escape away to our condo which has an excellent mountain view, high speed WiFi, Netflix FREE, cable TV, DVD, CD player, coffee maker, microwave,laundry room, full kitchen right down to wine glasses, linens, towels, soap, hair dryer and includes maid service! call Jerry at 1-888-355-4647. So if you are a skier and know a non skier help them out and inspire them to get out and learn to ski this ski season. The winter season will take on a whole new appeal and be full of healthy activity!

Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information, arrival/check-in instructions with key code access will be e-mailed 7 days prior to arrival. Later for last minute reservations.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Check-In Time After 3 p.m.
Check-Out Time 12 noon.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise which disturbs others is prohibited. You will get evicted without a refund
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure and every 4 nights for stays of 8 nights or more. Light housekeeping every 4 days for stays longer than 1 week. This includes a towel change, light wipe of kitchen and bathroom, carpets vacuumed if needed, garbage removed, linens changed, and toilet paper stocked.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Fernie.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour cell phone number. Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8.
Property Damage We reserve the right, at our discretion, to collect a $500 property damage deposit prior to arrival. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Thank you so much for providing us with a gorgeous and comfortable place to stay in Fernie. We absolutely loved it!! Your property was very clean and easy to follow your instructions.We found all the amenties in excellent condition. The Condo was more than we thought it could be for such a reasonable price!My husband and I enjoyed participating in the Guinness world record yoga event downtown. We were ecstatic and look forward to our next stay!!

The good lots of room unite was clean and comfortable. The bad not as described, no sauna, no toilet paper. dirty hallways, noisy, no cable TV, no internet, would not recommend.
