Welcome to our refurbished condo in the Alpenglow Lodge.


The central location puts you within steps of the Village Stroll and all Whistler has to offer.The Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas are just 6-7 minutes stroll away and the shuttle bus stops right outside.


Enjoy the superb leisure facilities at the Alpenglow with its private sun terrace, heated outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, full fitness studio, sauna and steamroom.

 Property Description

Our condo is located on the first floor of Alpenglow above the fabulous Bavaria Restuarant, with southerly views of Whistler mountain. The enterance hallway is tiled and has a large storage cupboard for all your ski and snowboard clothes. The openplan living dining area has large windows making the unit very spacious, light and airy, there are french doors leading out to the balcony and a featrue gas fire place. The fully equiped kitchen if off the living area. The bedrooms and bathroom are located to the right of the enterance hall. The master bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, storage drawers, balcony LCD DVD combo TV and ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bunk bed with a twin bunk on top, fitted wardrobe, storage drawers and LCD DVD combo TV. In the main bathroom there is a luxury jetted tub, with shower over, for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Comfy sofa bed and matching chair, table lamps and feature gas fireplace make for cosy evenings in. Watch TV on our 50" flatscreen plasma TV or one of our many DVD's or listen to music!

The convenient location puts you within steps of the Marketplace's retail shops, grocery and liquor stores and Whistler's favourite entertainment spots. All this withing just 7 minutes stroll of both Whistler and Blackcomb mountain gondolas. Alpenglow's village location and excellent in-house leisure facilities make it one of Whistler's most popular developments, located on Main Street, yet just off the Village Stroll, ensuring guests a central but peaceful location.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposits are non-refundable. Balance of payments will be refunded IF the dates can be re-let, 5% processing fee will be charged.
Delayed Arrivals Non-refundable.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed. This information will be emailed to you when the full balance of your booking has been made.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Will result in cancellation without refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available, deposit will not be recharged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Reservation Changes Extensions are subject to availability. We will always try to accomodate our guests wherever possible.

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Check-In Time 4.00pm. Sometimes earlier if the unit has already been cleaned.
Check-Out Time 10.00am. If the cleaner arrives and you have not vacated our home a charge of $50 will be made.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs A charge of $25 per hour in excess of 2 hrs of cleaning is made for any excessive cleaning. Any unreasonable or excessive cleaning cost will be charged to the guest as per our property damage ploicy (above)
Excessive Noise Will result in eviction. Strictly enforced as it ruins the stay of other guests.
Garbage Removal Please do not leave garbage in our home when you check out. $10 charge if our cleaner has to remove and dispose of garbage. The garbage room is located in the parking level of the building.
Housekeeping Cleaned on arrival, cleaned on departure. If mid let cleans are required, this can be arranged at the guests expense.
Liability Guest is liable. We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or their guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Locking Door All windows and doors are to be locked when our home is unoccupied. Please ensure the doors are locked on vacation.
Maintenance Emergencies Whistle Reception Services. Available 24hrs for emergancies.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 7. Excess occupation will result in eviction from the property.
Missing Items Missing items will be charged to the guests creditcard. As per our property damage policy, any missing items will be chargeable to the guest.
Noise Restrictions No noise after 10.00pm. By-law of the property and please be respectful of other guests in the building.
Property Damage Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by them or their guests. Guest authorises upto a $1000 CAN charge on their credit card upon departure in the event of damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online booking and payment you agree to pay for all damages you incur. Damage includes but is not restricted to, noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost, broken or missing common or private property items and smoking inside the property.

Sara, Haydn, Jemma & Thomas welcome you to their home in Whistler. We have been visiting Whistler from the UK for many many years and now live 35 minutes from Whistler in the Sea to Sky corridor. Over the years we have stayed in most of the areas in Whistler and finally settled on purchasing our home in the Alpenglow Lodge, it suited all of our needs and wants for a family with growing children, fabulous leisure facilities, walking distance to the lifts, near the valley trails, central yet quiet location and just steps from the Village Stoll.
