The condo is located on Highway 3 just 5 minutes drive from the ski slopes to the west and historic downtown Fernie, with all its amenities, to the east. Downtown Fernie has an ice skating rink, an aquatic centre (with 150' slide, sauna and hot tub), restaurants, shops, a chocolate factory and a tourist information centre.
