Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage No bike storage on deck please. Use storage room in garage. Common key will open this. Also there is a pay storage at the Whistler/Blackcomb base
Check-In Time 4:00 p.m. ( If it is ready you may request early check in)Whistler Reception is open to midnight , if guest is arriving after this time , Whistler Reception has to call someone in at a cost of $30 which will be passed on to guest.
Check-Out Time 10.30a.m. late stay charges may apply. You can request a late stay for a small fee. We have cleaners schedualed after your stay and we are charged a fee if you are not out at the agreed time
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs If our cleaners bill us for excessive cleaning costs , we will bill that to the guest by credit card left on file at Whistler Reception.
Excessive Noise Reasonable after 10:00 p.m. There is a noise bylaw in whistler so please be respectful of other neighbors . If there is complaints by neighbors for excessive noise after 1000 , fines my be levied and these would be passed on to the renter .
Garbage Removal Please remove garbage after stay . Directions to garbage bin will be provided in the unit.
Housekeeping Before & After stay . We ask that you leave the unit reasonably clean . Dishes loaded in dishwasher counters wiped garbage and food removed.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests/visitors while they are on the property.

A great place to stay in a very busy resort. The only persnickety point would be that there were no bin bags for the removal of all our rubbish. Also the towels could have been bigger! Apart from those minor points a lovely three nights was had.

Great place, very clean and well maintained. Great value! 10-15 minute walk to the gondolas. The only downside was that the community hot tub was under repair, otherwise it was a great place. I would definitely stay here again.

Neat little place!

We have rented this property for an extended stay in September/October while doing a project in Whistler. It is as described and then some. The upstairs outdoor deck is fantastic, its super nice to soak up the sun and wind down the day. The place was very clean and well taken care off, and the owners left a little basket with coffee and tea and such.

The location across from the store is very handy and it's also a short walk into the village to go out for dining. The entry way is quite small, I could see that would be a bit of a problem if there is ski gear for 4 people in there.

Convenient underground parking is included, and did I mention that you are also allowed to use the owners bikes? They must be super nice people, they are very accommodating and quick to respond to emails. If we need to stay in Whistler again, they will for sure get my business again!

This is an ideally situated right across the street from Market Place. The check in was easy and the unit was as advertised. It suits 2 people well, The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub which was very near the unit.

Ideal spot for small family staying at Whistler

Everything we needed for our skiing weekend. The owner was very helpful before the booking and afterwards when we left an item behind. The unit is very well set up and comfortable. It is close to the shuttle for skiing access and across the street from marketplace. We have stayed in the middle of the village before but preferred this location as it is quieter at night but 5 minutes walk to centre of the village.

Nice, clean and affordable unit, conveniently located next to marketplace and shuttle bus stop.

Bedroom window faces the side of the marketplace, so delivery trucks could be a problem for some in the morning. Ear plugs were provided by the owners to address the issue - nice touch. We personally did not have problems with noise. Well equipped kitchen and TV/internet equipment works fine. Has Tassimo coffee machine, among other things. I wish I new it - would have brought my own T-disks from home.

Sauna, hot tub and pool are very nice and clean (last time we stayed in the same complex, sauna was broken. This time it works fine)

The unit it rather small for 4 people with ski gear. Tiny entrance area makes it really challenging to fit in all the gear when coming from the mountain. Pull-out sofa bed takes most of the living room space when extended.

Asked owners a question over text message during the stay, but never got a response, so had to figure out things myself. It was Christmas day, so I guess it could be understood. Prior inquiries were promptly answered.

One of the two underground garages has visitor area that does not require a key to get to. Very useful when skiing on the check-out day - we returned the keys in the morning and left the car there for the day.

This rental worked great for us. Great location, right across from the market. One thing to know is that you can't just pull up to the door and need to park in the parkade/or road around the corner and hall all your stuff in. Also almost every other rental you can see there have hottubs on their decks. This one does not. There is one for the community to use out back though. All in all it worked well for us. Thanks to Sandy answering questions quickly and making this a great easy getaway to plan.

Nice and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. It's on three floors and the front entrance to the apartment is a bit of a pain when trying to get your boots on and off and also to store and retrieve your skis/boards. Directions emailed to me were incorrect - tells you to turn on to Lorimor Way (should be Lorimer Road) and then turn right into Northlands Boulevard (you actually turn left). However, this is not very useful though because you have to go and collect the keys from somewhere else first so it would be useful to have directions from the check-in location. We know Whistler well so it wasn't a problem for us but may be for others if they are arriving late at night and tired from a long drive or flight. I'd advise using the ear-plugs too...the snow-plows seemed to be going all night just across the road in the market place parking lot. All in all, a nice little condo and suited us well to join our friends for a few days.

Nous sommes trois amis français partient a whistler pour skier. L'apparetement est super bien placé, 2 minutes à pieds du centre commercial, 5 minutes du centre du village et 10 minutes des pistes de ski. Je conseille cet appartement à toutes les personnes recherchant un lieu proche de tout à pied. De plus le lave-linge et le lave vaisselle sont vraiment un atout majeur!!!

This condo was just perfect for our needs... it's close enough to the centre of the village without the noisy revellers disturbing one's sleep. There is easy access to the biking trails which we used extensively ( we had a summer time visit) The condo is well equipped with everything that we needed, and despite an afternoon when the temperature reached 41 degrees in the shade, we were able to sleep pretty comfortably- the small airconditioner just managed to keep away the worst of the heat. One thing I hadn't realized upon booking- the unit faces onto a pretty busy road- and at first I thought the traffic noise would be bothersome, but it really wasn't - I think we grew accustomed to it.

Overall, the place was as described. There was plenty of room and the balconies were awesome. The place being as close as it was to the Marketplace was very convenient. And it was not at all far away from the gondolas

Our family spent New Years week here. The cabin is within easy walking distance of all the conveniences of whistler village. The cabin is well organized, and included all the details that were needed during our week long stay. Our 2 preschool kids enjoyed the view of the New Years fireworks from the bedroom patio doors.

Our rental condo was as advertised with a beautiful mountain view from oversized 3rd floor deck. This combined with a superb weather made out stay at Glacier Reach in Whistler in September 2011 very relaxing and enjoyable. Will recommend this rental unit to any couple at any time of the year. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo has a nice layout, everything worked and we felt comfortable - perfect for a get-away. Liquor Store & Grocery Store across the street plus walking distance to the village were a perfect also. We would definitely recommend and come back!
