Our condo is 850 sq feet ground floor unit in Crystal Forest. It is beautifully appointed with two bedrooms , master bedroom has new Eurotop King bed, two full bathrooms, full kitchen with 4 appliances, in unit laundry, rock fireplace, private patio and 6 person hot tub, BBQ, 4 TVs, DVD, VCR, and stereo. The unit looks onto the inner courtyard for safe and secure playing area for kids while you relax in the hot tub.

Bright and spacious, comfortable and cozy. Sip wine beside the fireplace while listening to music on the stereo or watching a movie on the 32" flat screen TV/DVD or the TV/VCR. Pull out double size sofa bed, easy chairs for relaxing and reading a book. Doors lead onto private patio with BBQ and hot tub.
Pine table and chairs comfortabley seat six, with leaf extension. Three pine bar stools provide seating at the counter.
The condo, in Crystal Forest, is 850 sq feet, ground floor, bright and beautifully appointed. It contains two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, large living area and dining room with rock faced fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 appliances, in unit laundry, secure heated underground free parking, secure ski and golf club storage outside unit, large private patio with BBQ overlooking inner courtyard for safe and secure play for kids while you relax in the 6 person private hot tub. Heated tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms, 4 TVs, DVD, VCR and stereo. Board games in bedroom cupboard. Five minute walk to village, three minute walk/three minute ski to all lifts. Location & Map
European style condo complex that is a 8 minute walk/ski to the lifts . Shuttle available from the road below condo complex. 8 minute walk into the centre of the main village where there is grocery and amenity shopping as well as a number of restaurants and bars. It is a 5 minute walk to the recreation centre with an outdoor pool, and hot tub. The full size outdoor ice rink is a two minute walk from the condo and great for a game of hockey. Summer activities: 18 hole golf course, tennis, ski lift to the alpine meadows open daily until mid September, hiking, mountain biking and jogging.

|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|

We are two families who have made Kamloops our home for the past 20 years. We have skiied many resorts in both Canada and the USA for many years and have concluded that Sun Peaks is about as good as it gets. We love the terrain as it is varied and allows for both challenging skiing and enjoyable family-fun type skiing, both down hill and cross country, in an unrushed and uncrowded environment. We also love strolling around the village, which has a warm and friendly European-type atmosphere. During the summer, we have enjoyed the wild flowers, summer music festivals, biking, tennis, hiking and swimming. The golfing is great too! Wonderful location, not in the middle of the village but close enough, that the legs would get warmed up before hitting the slopes. Lots of blankets to keep us warm, a variety of movies available to watch, although we were too busy skiing, snowboarding, eating and sleeping to do so. The decor was cozy and warm, and the place very clean, neat and tidy. Plenty of coffee, condiments and kitchen utensils, pots/pans to make any meal desired. I would definitely search out this place to rent again.

We were 4 adults and one child and although the living & dining area was not overly large, there was plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms were large with plenty of storage. The condo was very clean, comfy, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked very well for cooking and bathrooms stocked with hair dryers, shampoos, soaps and towels. We enjoyed the hot tub...especially the men after a long day of snowmobiling. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in a lovely condo, that is convenient for walking to everything.

Hi Coxon Family We loved the layout of the condo, very accessible to the village and lifts. Your directions make check in/out a breeze. You have lots of extras to make a guest feel at home. My only reason to not return would be the master bed is small and very firm. (maybe its my old bones after a hard day skiing)

Fun in Sun Peaks from Sechelt
Our family spent 5 days in this condo & felt like we were right at home. We were a family of four adults and two children. The condo was the perfect size for us. Very clean & well equipped. The fireplace added a nice cozy feel. Your hosts are sure to make your stay an injoyable one. We found our hosts to be outstanding and went beyond our expectations to make our stay wonderful. The location is close to the village & made for a great after breakfast walk. We will look forward to our next stay.

The accommodations for our anniversary getaway were pretty near perfect! We were enchanted from the moment we saw the fairy-tale-like design of the complex. This condo has lovely decor and is very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there, even a collection of books, CDs and Dvds for our enjoyment. The kitchen is well equipped, including such details as plastic stemware for use in the hot tub. From this location we could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. We had a fabulous time and would love to return in the future.

We had a wondeful time. First winter vacation ever with the kids. The children took boarding lessons, we skied, we even tried out the skating rink! It was nice having our own place,hot tub and the ability to cook our own special dinners (all very nice cooking equipment provided) without getting out of our long underwear and heading into the village for something to eat! After a long day on the slopes the condo heated up so beautifully with the fire place and the heated floors, beds were comfy too. Thanks for the lovely opportunity!

Our family (mom, dad, 4 children + nanna) spent 5 nights in this comfortable, well-equipped apartment and came away feeling rested and re-charged. The condo was well placed, only 10 minutes from the village centre, so even my 2 year old could manage the walk. We were toasty and warm inside and had the extra treat of spending time in the hot tub as soft snow drifted down around us...bliss! Games, videos, t.v's, books, a washer and dryer (particularly handy) and 2 bathrooms. Ideal. Highly recommended.

We had a totally awesome family time... lots of family fun filled with games, hot tubbing, eating, winter activities... no one wanted to go home... I had to get them all to leave so i could gather our belongings and clean kitchen in peace and quiet. it was great to have a place where we all could gather for a few days. I will be getting in touch with my sister from Calgary and see if she can come for a few days... just her and i having a winter retreat...

Thank you Town/Coxons for allowing us to use your condo at Christmas. The condo is super well equipped, comfortable and welcoming. Really liked the Christmas touches! Weather and snow conditions were perfect. We skied, skated, used the hot tub, cooked turkey dinner and generally had a great time. Maybe we will try to stay there in the Summer for something different.
