Welcome to our cozy ski condo at Sun Peaks. It is perfect for a great ski or summer getaway and is close to all amenities in the Village. We have made an effort to provide everything a vacationing family or couple would need to enjoy their stay.

Our condo is 850 sq feet ground floor unit in Crystal Forest. It is beautifully appointed with two bedrooms , master bedroom has new Eurotop King bed, two full bathrooms, full kitchen with 4 appliances, in unit laundry, rock fireplace, private patio and 6 person hot tub, BBQ, 4 TVs, DVD, VCR, and stereo. The unit looks onto the inner courtyard for safe and secure playing area for kids while you relax in the hot tub.

Bright and spacious, comfortable and cozy. Sip wine beside the fireplace while listening to music on the stereo or watching a movie on the 32" flat screen TV/DVD or the TV/VCR. Pull out double size sofa bed, easy chairs for relaxing and reading a book. Doors lead onto private patio with BBQ and hot tub.

Dining Area

Pine table and chairs comfortabley seat six but with leaf extension, will easily seat eight. Three pine bar stools provide seating at the counter.

Very close to swimming  pool,tennis courts, ice rink and cross country ski trails. Please note that the maximum occupancy is 6 people. RATES ARE HST FREE.

 Location & Map

Location

European style condo complex that is a 8 minute walk/ski to the lifts . Shuttle available from the road below condo complex. 8 minute walk into the centre of the main village where there is grocery and amenity shopping as well as a number of restaurants and bars. It is a 5 minute walk to the recreation centre with an outdoor pool, and hot tub. The full size outdoor ice rink is a two minute walk from the condo and great for a game of hockey. Summer activities: 18 hole golf course, tennis, ski lift to the alpine meadows open daily until mid September, hiking, mountain biking and jogging.

Cancellations Made by Guests All deposits and payment are non refundable. If guest needs to cancel because of family emergency (with documentation), credit will apply to alternate date chosen by guest
Delayed Arrivals We cannot be liable for delayed arrivals and cannot guarantee a rebate.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Driving instructions, resort information, condo information and keyless entry code given via telephone from owner to renter prior to check in.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. If balance is unpaid, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs In the event of excessive cleaning needs, the charges will be charged to renters credit card.
Excessive Noise No excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect our neighbors. This policy is a Crystal Forest general policy and is enforced
Garbage Removal Garbage removal by housekeeping at end of stay.
Housekeeping complimentary upon check out. For longer stays (more than 7 days) additional cleaning can be arranged with an additional charge. Please contact us to arrange additional cleaning.
Liability Owners are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests, or guests of guests while on our property or at any location at Sun Peaks.

Damage includes, but not restricted to: noise complaints, damage to damage within the unit or property, lost, broken, missing common or private propert items, smoking in unit, pets inside property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding renter's behaviour while on property.

Fill up your gas tank before you arrive Book rental equipment before you leave home especially during peak holiday times. Do your grocery shopping in Kamloops before you come up to the hill. Both Safeway and Save on Foods are just off the highway; one exit before the Sun Peaks exit if coming from Vancouver and one exit after the Sun Peaks exit if coming from Calgary.  About Us

We are two families who have made Kamloops our home for the past 20 years. We have skiied many resorts in both Canada and the USA for many years and have concluded that Sun Peaks is about as good as it gets. We love the terrain as it is varied and allows for both challenging skiing and enjoyable family-fun type skiing, both down hill and cross country, in an unrushed and uncrowded environment. We also love strolling around the village, which has a warm and friendly European-type atmosphere.  During the summer, we have enjoyed the wild flowers, summer music festivals, biking, tennis, hiking and swimming. The golfing is great too! Thanks for checking us out and we hope you get a chance to sample Sun Peaks soon!
