The Aspens is one of the most sought after accommodations in Whistler, it being a true ski-in/ski-out experience.

We have a beautiful condo which sleeps 6, that we would like to share with you.

The large size and 3 seperate beds makes this the place to stay! Cozy up to the fireplace, or take a dip in the pool. No matter what the season we know you'll have a fantastic vacation. Our condo has panoramic views of mountains! The deck is ideal for watching the sunsets. We know you'll love it!

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract To be mailed or faxed back. On completion of final payment you will receive through e-mail, a guest stay contract which should be signed & either mailed or faxed back to Whistler FrontDesk Services.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Guest Stay Policies

Check-Out Time 10:00 am. if later can be a charge if cleaners come to the door
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any excess cleaning costs are the responsibilty of the guest. Our cleaning staff will advise us
Excessive Noise Please be considerate.
Garbage Removal Guests responsibility. The garbage & recycling area is located at the parking level of the building.
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival ad after departure. Complimentary mid stay clenas provided for bookings of 7 nights or more. Mistakes happen! If for some reason there has been a housekeeping error and the property is not ready upon your arrival at 4 pm PST, or by 8 pm PST, we will refund you for your first night. The property will be promptly cleaned the next day if we are unable to get it cleaned the same day.
Internet Availability & Usage Available. Free of charge for all guests.
Liability Guest responsibility. We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests, or guests of guests, while they are in our home, in transit to, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies Whistler Frontdesk Services. Available 24 hours for emergencies

Noise Restrictions Quiet times are 11 pm - 8 am. Excessive noise may result in a charge or an eviction!
Property Damage Owner requires credit card information for $500 damage deposit. Card will not be charged unless there is reported damage. Owner will not be held responsible for any property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or mising common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property, an all charges related to security company or police involvement. Guest will pay for damages incurred while staying in the property, even if the offender is being hosted by the guest.

 About Us

As keen skiers, bikers and walkers, location & amenities were the most important criteria when selecting our holiday property in Whistler. The Aspen's is truly one of the best ski-in ski-out locations. In Ski season there is now night skiing on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night right at Blackcomb Base. The Aspen's is right there. In the Spring, Summer and early Fall there is the Adventure Zone at the base of Blackcomb. There is minature golf, the maze, climbing wall, pony rides, horsback riding, and much more. We really hope you enjoy staying there as we do. It's close to everything!
