Excessive Cleaning Costs you will be charged for excessive mess or damage . please avoid this situation
Excessive Noise noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel .
Housekeeping Cleaning before your arrival and after your departure is included, for nightly rental guests. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee . Long stay guests(30+nights) : responsible for their own cleaning at the end of their stay.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home,while in transit to,or while on resort property .
Maintenance Emergencies local maintenance service responds with 24 hour call .
