We are situated in a perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube runs and x-country ski trails. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the village centre, lifts, restaurants & shopping and Kids Centre. Ski in at day's end over the Skiers Bridge or down Gondola Way.

Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbours
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Waste disposal & Recycling containers are located on site in the parking garage.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included. Guests staying 10 to 20 nights receive a complimentary change of towels and bed sheets mid way thru the stay. Internet Availability & Usage Internet service is provided by a third party. We cannot be held responsible if there is a lack of or quality of service at any time.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area can be used after 11 pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11 pm out of respect for our neighbouring families.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice, however guests will be notified via e-mail of changes prior to their arrival.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is legally zoned for either short term, or long term, rental accommodation use.

Terms of Eviction The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: smoking, excessive noise, pets, more overnight guests. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

Reservation Guarantee If a situation arises that is out of our control we will find you another suitable arrangement. If we fail to successfully relocate you we will fully refund the remainder of your stay. Travel insurance is recommended to protect you against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation related products.

Hello from Genevieve and Chris, Since our first trip to Big White we have not gone anywhere else, we love it! The mountain is beautiful, the powder is like champagne, there are fabulous restaurants and bars, it's great value and there are no lift queues. We love the Timbers overall. Unit *** is a great location, faces Happy Valley, it is clean and very comfortable. Beds are good, seating area is very nice looking out over the skating rink. Property manager (Wendy) is very responsive and easy to work with. Can't wait for our next visit. True ski-in ski-out and close to Nordic and snowshoeing area.

Great apartment, well stocked with all needed appliances and kitchen amenities. Perfect if you like to cook for yourself. Good ski in/out location, easy access at night to the gondola. Would stay here again if visiting Big White.

We had a lovely stay at the Timbers for 4 nights between Christmas and New Year. We are a family of 4 holidaying from Australia. The Condo was stunning and had everything we could ask for visiting from another country and travelling. We even received a call from the managers the evening we arrived to make sure we had arrived and that everything was ok. We loved the outlook and the location was great. Very close to the gondola. It was literally ski in and ski out. Thank you to the owners and the vacation staff who look after it, the Condo was very well maintained. The only small problem we had, which was out of control of the vacation company, was the constant running of kids above us. There were 3 families with small kids staying above us in the penthouse. The children seemed to be a little out of control but we didn't let that effect our stay.

Only a couple things on the negative side...right away the pillow cases caught my attention. I looked at them very closely and am sure they weren't fresh out of the laundry....that bugged me. Other thing was the ice maker didn't work properly....spent some time trying things, but no luck. That was frustrating because ice is a requirement for a few "pops".

Having said that, this is the second year in a row we stayed in this unit....we really like it overall and it's very possible we'll look to book again in the future.... but I'll be sure to address the issues.

This is our second year staying in the Timbers. We love it! Great views, well stocked kitchen, spacious entertaining area, comfortable beds...

There were only two downsides to our stay. The first is the bed comforters/duvets - they are VERY hot and to sleep you need cold air from outside. Unfortunately the door to the master bedroom opens on to a very noisy hot tub. The pump for it goes on at random times and jolts you awake (even with earplugs). The other annoyance was the extremely noisy upstairs neighbours who were singing, partying, and thumping across the floor most of the night. I had 6 hours sleep per night, tops... I was glad to get home to get back to a normal sleep pattern :-)

Next year I will try to rent the top floor so as not to have to listen to someone's party vacation.

Convenient location with just a quick ski down to Laura's Gondola. Open concept living/ dinning with 2 separated bedrooms and baths. Perfect for two couples. Need to improve the lighting in the second bath. Instructions for the Tv/ cable were not user friendly. The kitchen could have been better stocked with perhaps a few basic spices and placemats to protect the dinning table. Some problems with noise from the upper unit reverberatting through the ceiling. Could use a few games/ puzzles for user enjoyment. Overall a satisfactory stay.
