Our home in Sundance Estates is slopeside in the finest location in Sun Peaks. Two luxurious Master bedrooms and a nicely stocked gourmet kitchen make this chalet ideal for 2 families sharing, or larger parties. Cable TV is available in kids room upstairs to give them a private place to relax after a great day skiing or hiking. Garage parking for 2 vehicles plus driveway parking for 2 more. Ski in to the back deck off the Rambler run. Steps to the lift system and a five minute walk to the Village, this 4 bedroom 4 bathroom high-end Ski In/Ski Out chalet is the ultimate in luxury and convenience for your mountain vacation. Great change area/ boot room just inside the back door on the main level for extra convenience. Heated slate/ tile and hand-scraped oak floors enhance the beauty of the 16 foot vaults in the great room. The well equipped gourmet kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. It blends beautifully with the great room to allow all to participate in the fun.
Master 2 features a king size pillow top bed, down comforters and a gorgeous views of Morrisey. The 3 piece ensuite, featuring heated tiles and a glass shower is sure to impress.
Master bedroom 1 has a queen pillow top bed with Down Duvets and feather pillows. The 4 piece ensuite with heated tiles, soaker tub and enormous shower with rain shower head will wrap you in luxury.
The soaker tub and shower in Master Bedroom one offers a nice place to relax in private after a hard day golfing or skiiing.
The granite counter tops and top line Thermador appliances make this chefs kitchen ideal for entertaining. The island features a raised eating bar to allow everyone to be part of the action.

2 story executive chalet, up from the attached double garage. 2 master bedrooms with full ensuites up the massive fir stairs. There is also a TV/ bunk room that sleeps up to 5, with a single over single bed and a single over double bed. This room has an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The 4th bedroom on the main floor sleeps up to 4 on 2 single over single bunks with a bathroom and shower across the hall. 2 more can sleep on a pullout couch in the loft. The great room boasts a floor to ceiling fireplace and 16 foot vaulted ceiling.

The fridge is equipped with a large capacity ice-maker and filtered water. Located slopeside in phase V of Sundance Estates. Sundance Estates is an area of executive homes slopeside on Sundance mountain. The chalet faces south with great views of Mount Morrisey. Ski straight into the chalet off the Rambler run. Ski out is a short 5 house walk down hill along Sundance Drive to the top of the carpet lift.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Will be charged to your credit card. Routine end of stay clean-up, laundry and housekeeping is included in our rates.|
|Excessive Noise||Please enjoy yourself reasonably. Sun Peaks Municipality has adopted a Noise abatement bylaw. A copy will be left on the bar counter for your review. It can also be downloaded from the Sun Peaks Municipality website. Any fines resulting from infractions will be charged back to the guest.|
|Garbage Removal||Picked up by housekeepers at the end of stay. More frequent removal can be arranged for a fee. A municipal transfer station is situated at the entry to Sun Peaks if you wish to handle excess garbage on your own.|
|Hot Tub||Please treat Hot Tub usage with respect. Avoid loud noise/ talking after 10pm.|
|Housekeeping||Housecleaning at end of stay. Spare towels available . Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee,|
|Liability||We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal possessions.|

We stayed at this property for 3 nights last week and we really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was awesome, very well equipped and the house is very spacious. Ski-out is a little bite of work, but we could still ski-in right next to the property and that was good.

Property was exactly as describedgreat space, perfect for kids and familiesbeautiful views of Morrissey and only a 3 minute trek to the top of the run into the village.
The Owner, Karl, was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions and even called to see how things were going when we arrived. This was a 1st after many years of staying in Sun Peaks. Looking forward to going back next year!
