Come and visit our fabulous condo at the Glacier Lodge! Our recently renovated unit offers a great access to the year round pool and 2 large outdoor hot tubs. We have a great location in the Upper Village that offers ski in/ski out access to Blackcomb Mountain lifts and only a short stroll away from the village, shops, restaurants, golf courses and Lost Lake. The unit has a warm and inviting atmosphere with many personal touches, amenities and great comfortable furnishing! Cosy up to the fireplace in winter while enjoying a snowy view of the inner court yard, or enjoy relaxing in the shade of the patio while watching the kids in the pool in summer.  Property Description

1 Bedroom approx. 620 sq ft condo with open plan, including living room, dining room and kitchen area. Great view of the pool and hot tubs within the private inner courtyard of the Glacier Lodge. Features a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with a deep soaking bath tub, gas fireplace, TV, DVD/VCR, stereo and dining room seating for 4. The bedroom features a Queen bed with a second  TV. The living room has a queen Murphy bed (bed that folds out of a wall unit with a proper mattress - very comfortable). Our condo has a warm and inviting atmosphere with many personal touches, amenities and great comfortable furnishing! Great for cosying up to the fireplace in winter while enjoying a hot chocolate, or relaxing on the patio with views of the pool in summer shade and sunshine. Only 5-7 minute walk to the village. Free shuttle bus right in front of the building! Secure underground paid parking. Ski to/ski out. Free Internet Access.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Any Time.
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fees, if booking is canceled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations canceled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (canceled) arrival where applicable.

Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Will be emailed once payment received. For last minute arrivals - guest will receive email
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Property Sale All bookings will be preserved in the event of a property sale. If the booking is not preserved by the new Owners, the new Owners will be contractually bound to move your booking at their expense.
Reservation Changes Subject to availability in accordance with our cancellation policy. If length of visit is shortened or canceled and full payment is made the unused nights are non-refundable.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Additional Charges may apply if extra cleaning in required - $35 minimum. Please ensure unit is tidy, furniture is in place and kitchen is clean of dishes, pots and pans.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise is not permitted after 10pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise.
Garbage Removal The garbage room and recycling bins are located in the underground car park. Please remove your garbage on departure.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure, cleaned every 5th day on stays of 8 days or more. Additional cleaning services maybe scheduled in advance for an additional charge.
Internet Availability & Usage Free Wireless provided by the front desk, Please ask us in advance for log in information.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home while in transit to/from or while on resort property.
Locking Door Lock door at all times.
Maintenance Emergencies Call 604 905-4268. Do not call the front desk in our building, they are a private company operating in our building that we are not part of.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum 4 persons overnight. No exceptions
Missing Items Please contact ASAP if you think you have left anything behind. Arrangements will be made to have items returned - credit card will be charged for shipping and administration fee
Noise Restrictions Quiet Time from 10pm - 8am. Please respect your neighbors in the units around you.
