SKI IN by skiing down Rambler to Morrisey Connector ending up 100 feet from TOWNHOUSE! IT'S JUST GREAT! Perfect for older or really young skiers, too! Our unit at TRAILS EDGE is SKI IN/SKI OUT. Trails Edge is located 1 1/2 blocks off the Main Resort Road, just far enough away from the madding crowd & traffic for privacy and close enough to walk with CHILDREN OF ALL AGES to the MAIN VILLAGE on lovely walking paths to restaurants, shops, and The Chocolate Store!  Lovely walking for dogs and the non-skiers in search of a great bowl of soup, or hot chocolate at the Delta.

Site takes live reservations 24/7 and is operated on a first come basis. Holiday & Boxer Week, Presidents Week, Ice Wine Weekend and Spring Break fill up early so plan to make reservation early.
Delayed Arrivals No Refunds . We are not responsible for delayed arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Resort Information, arrival/check-in instructions with coded access info will be sent upon final payment . The door code will be set to what ever code you want and be deleted when you depart.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise from Hot Tub is not permitted after 11:00 PM . Tub may be used after 11:00 PM but please engage in quiet conversation.
Garbage Removal See information included at time of booking. It generally will be picked up every few days but can be dropped off near the Burfield Chair if you have excess.
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and complimentary midstay cleans provided for bookings of eith or more days. We have retained a local CANADIAN reliable, property management team. But occasionally mistakes happen. If for some reason the unit has not been cleaned before your arrival at 4:00 PM, or by 8:00 PM, we will credit you with one night's stay. The property will be promptly cleaned the next day. In the event of a housekeeping emergency, there is a complete set of clean linens accessible within the property.
Locking Door Always keep front door and side door to garage locked. Keep the garage door down. For your security & ours, keep the FRONT DOOR & DOOR BETWEEN GARAGE & UNIT LOCKED. The living quarters are on second and third floor. Our insurance requires that all doors and windows be locked when the unit is not occupied. Yours probably does, too. If you leave the unit, LOCK ALL THREE DOORS & sliding doors. Thank you.

Don't Forget

Fill up your gas tank before you arrive Get your major food supplies in Kamloops at Costco, Super Store, Safeway, etc before coming up the mountain. There are limited food supplies on the mountain if you run short and we have a new small grocery store in the Village. Plan ahead as it is limited. Also, Costco sells Sun Peaks ski passes at a discount . You might take note that all major ski resorts sell discount tickets in the local Costco, etc. The savings is very good.

 About Us

John has skied in the Eastern USA, Colorado, Utah, California, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Washington, in Canada at Whistler, Big White, Silver Star, Revelstoke & Eastern Canada, Japan, Switzerland and Austria. (Mary reads & enjoys the Village, occasionally tackles snowshoes, or games with grandchildren, while John skis.) SUN PEAKS is an extraordinary ski resort, especially with our SKI-IN/SKI-OUT TRAILS EDGE Townhouse. The MAIN VILLAGE is well designed. The mountain has perfectly groomed slopes, snow making equipment, no lines and no need for a car to enjoy your stay. Since SUN PEAKS is so far north and 300 miles inland from the coast, its weather is perfect for continuous excellent snow conditions from mid-November until April. Because the Top of the Mountain is 7,000 feet one does not have to deal with the oxygen and weather problems of a 11,000 foot resort. The drive from Vancouver is four hours on an all weather highway. It is also a great drive or quick flight from SEATTLE. Already SUN PEAKS is one of the places in North America to go to be assured of excellent skiing. Now, with the completion of the eighteen holes golf course, SUN PEAKS is becoming a summer resort complemented by hiking and mountain biking. 

We offer guests who book our townhouse in the ski season an opportunity to return in the summer at bargain rates.
