We welcome you to stay at our ski and summer get-away and enjoy it as much as we do.  Peacefully situated away from the hustle and bustle of the village, and yet with a bus stop across the street which gives you access to lifts on both mountains and the village.     Apres ski, the village is a 15 minute walk, or short bus ride away.   We have equipped our condo to satisfy our own desires, and are happy to share all the amenities with our guests.

 Property Description

The rental unit is on one floor. It is a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo, with a large open-concept living/dining room area and a well equipped kitchen. A wood-burning fireplace adds to the evening cheer. Sliding door leads to a patio with BBQ. The vestibule has ample room for skis, clothing and equipment.  A large communal outdoor hot tub is also available.

Kitchen is well equipped with standard appliances, automatic coffee maker  food processor and all the necessary equipment for preparing gourmet meals.

Living Area

The living room, dining room and kitchen comprise a single open space free from interior walls. Large windows along all three areas provide ample light and scenic interest. There is comfortable seating for 6 in the living room


Dining Area

The dining area contains a harvest table with 6 chairs and a large china cabinet/buffet. The dining area is separated from the kitchen by a high counter that facilitates food service and can double as a bar. Three bar stools facilitate conversing with the "chef" over drinks at the counter. Some extra folding chairs are available.


Special Features

Because the Owner’s family frequently stay in the rental unit, furnishings have been deliberately chosen to be of a high quality. You’ll enjoy heated floors in the bathrooms and kitchen ; the superior selection and ample quantities of glassware, china, and kitchenware; and the Owner’s art collection, including several original works and a genuine totem pole.  High quality speakers accompany the HD television and DVD player.

We maintain our holiday home as a pleasant home away from home and are happy to share it with guests who will enjoy it and respect it as we do.  The complex Blackcomb Greens is well looked after, as is our unit and abuse of any of the following policies, which you should familiarize yourself with,  will not be tolerated. 

Suitability & Eligibility Policies

Suitable For:
Adults - Min Age to Stay: 24 Guest booking must be a minimum of 24 years to make a booking. Majority of party must also be over the age of 24 with the exception of parents with children.
Long Term Renters (Monthly) must be negotiated with owner.
No Smoking Inside - Smoking Outside Permitted This is a non smoking unit. Please respect others by smoking outside at all times. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit will result in a $250 cleaning charge to the guest.
Non-Smokers Only Smoking is not permitted. Front door and patio door lead to the outside where smoking is permitted
Seniors Gladly welcomed
Travel Reseller Bookings - no Referral Fee offered We gratefully accept & invite travel re-seller, tour operator and 3rd party bookings. We do not pay a commission on the posted rate. Please invoice the Guest directly and independently to include your fee.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days any day of week that is available.
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if cancelled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds given for late arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information By email. after full payment received
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation of booking and loss of first deposit. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed a $100 cleaning charge.
Excessive Noise Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Forgotten Items by Guest Please make all efforts to remove personal items from condo upon departure. Items can be returned at owners expense
Garbage Removal guests are expected to take garbage to bins on either side of the driveway.
Housekeeping clean on arrival, and every 5 days if stay 7 days or more. extra cleaning at guests' expense
Internet Availability & Usage free wireless available to registered guests.
Liability Guest responsibility. Owner or property manager will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises
Maintenance Emergencies Management company available 24/7
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people overnight.
Missing Items guest will be charged for missing items.
Noise Restrictions late night noise and excessive noise at communal hot tub will not be tolerated.

Policy Updates Guests are governed by the policies in effect at the time the final booking payment is received. Thereafter, guests are expected to abide by policy updates to the extent reasonably possible.
