3 level townhouse with private garage, 3 decks including walk out basement with private hot tub. The main level includes a garage, powder room, kitchen, dining room and living room. The upper level contains 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The lower level contains a fourth bedroom, family room, a full bathroom and full laundry room complete with washer and dryer. This unit is an end unit in one of Sun Peak's newer and finest developments. Walk out lower level with windows in lower level bedroom and family room.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Bookings less than 4 nights must arrive on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Bookings greater than 4 nights may arrive on any day. Midweek arrivals may be permitted. Bookings for less than 8 nights will be cancelled if they do not meet with arrival day requirements.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, unless booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked and rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events envolving your travel plans.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for cirumstances which result in delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Access code will be e-mailed 7 days prior to arrival.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Identification Documents I may, at my discretion, require that you email me scanned/photographed official photo ID that matches up with 1) your online Guest registration details AND 2) credit card holder info that's tied to your booking.You may photograph your ID with your phone and send it to me by email. This composite ID must include: 1) your Name, 2) Mailing Address 3) Birth Date 4) Official photo ID that must also show your name and address as they appear in your Guest registration details. 5) In addition, the front of the same credit card used to make the booking. ( I only need the first and last 4 digits and your name. Mask out the middle digits and expiry date). 6) Credit card holder ID as above if the credit card holder name doesn't match with your Guest registration name and details. If anything doesn't match up with your online registration or credit card holder details, I reserve the right to cancel your booking with a 5% cancellation fee.
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online with your credit card, you are agreeing to out terms and conditions. Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Reservation Changes Resernations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you shorten your stay, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paide the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paide the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 pm. Contact us prior to arrival, early check-ins may be possible.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am. Contact us, late check outs may be possible.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs At guest's expense.
Excessive Noise not tolerated and you will be evicted on the second complaint without a refund.
Garbage Removal Please take to transfer station by Burfield Chair Lift.
Housekeeping included. Light housekeeping can be arranged every 5 days for stays longer than 1 week. This includes a towel change, light wipe of kitchen and bathroom, arpets vacuumed if needed, garbage removed, linens changed, and toilet paper stocked.
Liability The renter agrees that the owner is not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of the renters while they are on our property.
Locking Door Always keep doors locked. Please lock door behind you after checking out. Damages resulting from failure to secure premises upon leaving will result in additional chargnes to the renter.
Maintenance Emergencies available. Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum number of 10 overngiht guests for nightly stays. Strictly enforced. Occupancy in excess of stated here will result in eviction.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per our stated damage deposit policy.
Noise Restrictions Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after 11 pm. Occupants may be evicted upon noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from any noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area can be used until 11 pm but please engage in only quiet conversation after 10 pm out of respect for our neighbours.

Property Damage We reserve the right to collect a $300 property damage deposit prior to arrival. Damage includes, but is not limited to noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the units, pets inside the unit and all charges relating to security company or police involvement.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Our property is legally zoned for short term or long term rental accommodation use.
Terms of Eviction Smoking, excessive noise, theat of common or private property damage, disturing the peace, or more than 10 occupants in the unit. You will not receive a refund and you will be responsible for costs incurred by the owner..

We have been part of a large group coming up to Sun Peaks annually for many years. (It is such a great family mountain.) We had a fantastic time!!! It was so nice to stay in this beautiful unit that was fully stocked!!!! ( Spices, condiments, paper towels,cleaning supplies etc.) It was something we truly appreciated. There was lots of room for kids and adults to relax or hang out together. Rooms and beds are comfortable. We give this unit 2 thumbs up!

Stunning Property, Superb Amenities

A simply stunning property in every respect. We'd been to Sun Peaks before, and even stayed in another property in Woodhaven, so we knew that the town, the ski resort, the location (quiet but easy access by car and ski) and the size of the property would all be 5*.

The fit out of this particularly unit is exceptional though. We stayed with another family so there were 7 of us in total, 4 adults and 3 children and we were spoilt for our own space and ability to spend great time together (hot tub, kitchen, lounge) but also find corners for ourselves individually when we just wanted to pick up a book. We'd flown from the UK so we were all waking up at very odd times - that space thing was invaluable. We've stayed in rentals for many years in the U.S., Canada and Europe - undoubtedly this is amongst the very top of the list.

The only (constructive) note is it felt like the unit may not have been used for a while so whilst the bathrooms and floors were spotless, we had to do a little dusting before putting clothes on shelves in wardrobes... And some clearing out of the fridge of products left by previous renters just to make room for our Kamloops supermarket shop (always a fine line between this being a nice gesture as opposed to being a little unsightly/inconvenient). This was more than made up for by the generosity of supply of such things as dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc.

It is highly likely we will be personally returning and we absolutely would wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you Ed.

This was the third time we stay in a Woodhaven townhome and first in this three bedroom unit (#3*). It's on highest quality and provides all you need to have a nice, good rest and wonderful ski vacation time. Perfect location for ski in/out - short 1-2 min walk/ski to the Morrisey Express chairlift and if on the way back you use the East Village Ski Way you will ski down to the front door. Well stocked kitchen, although the bbq needed some work. Awesome sleeping quarters. Loved the ski in, right to the door. Place was clean with plenty of room for 8 adults. Was hoping for a bigger hot tub but this one worked. Would recommend this place.

Great family townhouse

Had a great week at Sunpeaks in this townhome. Lots of space, easy access to xcountry trails and into morrisey lift. Can take free shuttle or drive 1km to get to village and main lifts. Very clean and kitchen made it very easy to cook for our whole group.

This was a wonderful unit that had all the comforts of home. We had 3 couples and one child and never had a problem with space. There are 4 great bedrooms and bathrooms as well as 2 sitting areas. There are huge patios, a hot tub, and nice views of the Morrisey run. We made all our meals in the beatiful kitchen and enjoyed sitting around the large dinner table to enjoy them. We just crossed the street and walked to the bottom of the Morrisey lift to purchase lift tickets in the am.Then we snowborded in off the East village connector and we were right at the unit.

An all-around wonderful experience from booking to staying! This place is just as pictured online. The kitchen/dining/living room layout is very open and conducive for group conversations and quality time. The pantry is stocked with spices and every bit of equipment you could imagine. We enjoyed the simple but warm and welcoming decor. Also, the sledding area and snowshoe/Nordic trails are just across the street; with the additional perk of a free, every 30min shuttle into the "main village" if you didn't want to walk. And slinking into the hot tub at the end of the day was heavenly!

We loved thé place so much we did not want to leave. Thé place is élégant and thé christmas tree and décorations really made us feel seasony. It had everything we needed. Lots of towels, kitchen supplies and so on. Thé layout is gréât for a large group of people and kids. Thanks Ed

This is the perfect condo for a family or group of friends. Had everything you could want and more. Very comfortable and modern. Only draw back is that is quite far from village, easy drive or about a 20 min walk or so. But easy ski out and ski in so that is very nice.

Beautiful luxurious townhome, fully furnished with everything you need. Foosball table downstairs is lots of fun. The hot tub is great. The owner (Ed) is easy to contact and deal with. Easy to get to the lift, either by walking, driving, or taking the shuttle. I think you might be able to ski in/out but we didn't bother. With 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed it was easy to fit 10 people. Overall great place!

We stayed for 5 days at DeMarchi family condo and had an wonderful time. Plenty of room for our extended family ( 9 total ), with good-sized bedrooms, living-room, and downstairs rec-room. Wonderful kitchen which was well-equipped, and beautiful views from windows. We were greeted with a Christmas gift under the tree of wine and chocolates which was a very nice touch. We would definitely rent again. Thank you DeMarchi Family.

The De Marchi's are wonderful hosts who have a very comfortable and beautifully decorated condo. We were impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was and how at home we felt. We have stayed at many condos at Sun Peaks and felt this one was the best yet! We really appreciated Ed's contact with us, making sure everything was to our satisfaction. The Christmas decor was amazing too! We would not hesitate to stay at the De Marchi condo again.
