Welcome to our mountain retreat. A wonderful place to relax after a day on the slopes. Our new two bedroom, two bathroom vacation home has a great ski in/ski out view location close to the village. Some of the best snow conditions in Canada right outside your door. You will find everything you need for an enjoyable stay at our vacation home. Tastefully decorated with all new furnishing to comfortably sleep seven. Private deck and hot tub with view to start your day or relax after enjoying some winter activities. Cozy living area for dining at home or take a short walk to one of the restaurants in the village. The fireplace provides a nice setting for watching a movie or reading a good book. The bedrooms provide another get away if the kids want to watch their own movie or play video games. Property Description

Ground level covered entrance with storage locker just outside the door for your skis/boards. Inside heated tile entrance way with coat/boot closet. To the right is the main bathroom. On your left is one of the bedrooms with queen/single bunk. Straight ahead is the spacious living area with large open kitchen, dining and living room. A small storage room off the kitchen contains the laundrey. Access to the deck is off the living room. On the other side of the living area is the master bedroom with attached ensuite containing shower and soaker tub. The hot tub can also be accessed from this room.

Living Area

Bright with large windows to enjoy the view. Get comfy on the sofa or loveseat to read or watch a movie. The fireplace adds a cozy touch.

Dining Area

Oval table to comfortably seat 6 although extra chairs are available to accomodate 7-8. The TV can also be accessed from this area as the entertainment cabinet contains a swivel unit to reposition the TV.

Exposure Western exposure provides glorious sunset to enjoy apres ski. Sit out back in a snow chair to catch the late afternoon sun!

Views Mountain views with ski runs in the distance. On the 16th hole of the golf course to provide unobstructed view with the exception of snow covered trees.


Fabulous hot tub to comfortably seat 6. Relax after skiing and enjoy the view of the snow covered trees and the distant ski slopes. After the sunset you can frequently spot a snow cat as it grooms the runs for the next day. We have 4 pairs of snow shoes and a sled available for our guests to use. We recommend an evening snow shoe especially when the moon is bright. You can step out back of the condo or for the more adventurous there are great trails starting just across the road. For swimmers there is an outdoor pool and hot tub at the rec center just a short walk from the condo. Indoor access to the pool makes for a comfortable entry/exit. You will see all the steam rising on your way to the village. Bring your skates if you enjoy skating. The large outdoor rink has public sessions alternating with pick-up hockey for those who like to play. (skate rental available)

Location & Map


Private end unit away from roadway with a slopeside and sunset view location. Quiet area yet close to all ammenities and activities. Excellent access to the snowshoe and cross country ski trails (40 kms of trails) which begin near the Mount Morrisey base. This is where you ski out to for downhill and you can get your lift ticket at the chair. Return at the end of the day via the Morrisey connector and ski to your door.

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced . Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee
Delayed Arrivals Sorry but we do not refund for delayed arrivals .
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information, arrival/check-in instructions with coded access info will be sent upon final payment .
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Eviction without a refund .
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense -- please contact us to arrange.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or any location in Sun Peaks Ski Resort .

Noise Restrictions Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after 11pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. The outdoor hottub area can be used after 11pm for quiet relaxing only in respect of neighboring families
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage . Damage includes but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property, and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behaviour while in the property or on common premises.

Our party (3 adults and 1 child) stayed here for 2 weeks. We found Rennie and Keith's condo to be spotlessly clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. The ski locker was spacious and there is a handy bench outside the front door which was good for taking boots off. The owners were friendly and informative and supplied many “extras” which were unexpected and really appreciated. The slope-side, ground floor location was certainly a bonus. We sometimes took the free shuttle bus to town - it was always on time and stopped just outside the driveway. If we had morning lessons, there was enough time to ski to the village via the Morrisey Express. Ski in was easy - via the Morrisey Connector or the East Village Ski-Way runs. One of the reasons we hired the condo was because it came with sleds and snow shoes – these were great fun and we used them a lot . The condo was warm and cozy and the sofas and beds were very comfortable (the sofa bed is a good one – it has a thick mattress and 2 adults can get a good night’s sleep). It was handy to have a phone for local calls.

Because I am older I was interested in the excellent snowshoeing right outside the condo - condo is very well equipped - all the little extras one needs. Very cozy and relaxing after a day of snowshoeing and photography. We have also been in summer for the wildflowers and that too is fun. Great village if one wants to shop or eat out.
