Welcome to Stone's Throw 23! This is a well appointed ski-in and ski-out ground floor condo. The complex is adjacent to the Mt. Morrisey connector and chairlift, as well as the 16th green at Sun Peaks, BC. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 fireplace, a single underground parking space, private laundry facilities, and a private deck with a hot tub for 5 people, plus a Weber BBQ. Free WIFi. Guest Stay Policies

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Noise||Complaints for excessive noise may be grounds for eviction with all deposits/payments non-refundable.|
|Garbage Removal||Please take garbage to transfer station at west end of resort.|

Enjoyed our stay in Sun Peaks (sking, snowshoeing, dining out, visiting the village, attended hockey in Kamloops, etc. Very nice condo unit...liked the layout with large dining room table...and separation of the 2 bedrooms. Easiest load and unload of vehicle to condo of any place I've stayed in at Sun Peaks. Convenient to Morrissy lifts and snowshoe trails. Nice entry space for hanging skis/poles and coats, with nice bench to sit down to take off boots.View Full Review

The condo was well appointed. We had everything we needed. Ski in/ski out was good once you figured out the routes you needed to take. Ski out to the Morrisey Express Lift and Ski in via the Sundance Express lift. The front entrance was well set up for skis and multiple coats, boots and snow pants etc. Only downside was the pillows and master bed. Not the most comfortable bed I have spent five nights in. Of the other condos in Stones Throw, I liked this one best for the front entrance space.

We had a wonderful time at Sun Peaks and the location and amenities of Stones Throw was perfect for us. Close to the lifts and the cross country ski trails. The suite was comfortable and relaxing.

This condo was comfortable and luxurious. It is close to Morrisey. The hot tub was a wonderful feature after a day on the slopes. We cooked in and the kitchen was well- appointed. We will stay right here again.

Everything was good. The home was clean, neat and we loved the layout. Would love to have a few more small electrical appliances to aid in meals preparations eg. rice cooker or slow cooker. Other than that, we really liked your home and had a great time.

Comfortable, well-located and perfect for a family ski vacation. So many nice additional touches that made the stay easy and pleasurable such as having a few board games; the Playstation; some small additional supplies in the kitchen (spice rack) etc. Visited by father and 3 children. Just the right size for us. Easy ski-in, ski-out. We are already thinking of coming back next year and would stay here again.
