Welcome to Stone's Throw 23! This is a well appointed ski-in and ski-out ground floor condo. The complex is adjacent to the Mt. Morrisey connector and chairlift, as well as the 16th green at Sun Peaks, BC. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 fireplace, a single underground parking space, private laundry facilities, and a private deck with a hot tub for 5 people, plus a Weber BBQ. Free WIFi. Sony Playstation 3 with Blu-Ray Player. 47" LED HDTV with Bose sound system (IPOD adaptable) in living area and 20 HD channels. Cancellations Made by Guests A cancellation within 14 days of booking - a $100.00 CDN fee + 4% Allura fee will be charged. A cancellation after 14 days of booking and before 45 days of arrival - two night's fee will be charged. If cancellation occurs within 45 days of arrival date, the full reservation amount will be charged.

Delayed Arrivals Arrive anytime after 4:00pm; Entry code will be provided within one week of arrival
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed when balance of payment is received.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Check-In Time 4:00pm.
Check-Out Time 10:00am. You will be charged $35 if our cleaners arrive and you are still in the suite.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Complaints for excessive noise may be grounds for eviction with all deposits/payments non-refundable.
Garbage Removal Please take garbage to transfer station at west end of resort.
Housekeeping Complimentary before and after departure.
Liability Guest responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in and around unit property or at any location in the Sun Peaks resort for guest or guests of guests.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests. Refer to the condominum welcome book; for all emergency contact information.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 7 people maximum (adults and children)
Noise Restrictions Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
Policy Updates We reserve the right to make changes to our Policies
Property Damage A Damage Deposit of $500.00 CDN is charged on your credit card at time balance of payment is made. Damage includes, but is not limited to: excessive noise complaints; common or private property damage; excessive cleaning charges; lost, broken, or missing property items; all charges related to security/police involvement regarding property's occupants behavior/actions while in the property or common area of condominium.
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Resort Information Provided in condominium upon arrival.
Terms of Eviction Guests will be evicted for excessive noise, smoking within the property, pets within the property, presence of more than 7 overnight guests, and/or property damage to private or common property areas. Forfeit of all deposits/payments will occur in the event of eviction.
