Enjoy our spacious 2 bedroom, ski-in/ski-out Benchlands townhome in a quiet, private setting. Please click the "Photo Gallery to see more.

Your booking includes free internet, free parking,  and end-of-stay clean.  The unit has a wood burning fireplace (wood provided), and private hot tub on the back deck.  There is also a grassy area for the kids to play during summer.

The unit has oak hardwood floors throughout the main living areas, carpeting in the bedrooms, and slate floors in the entry and bathroom.  Unit sleeps a maximum of 7 with a queen bed in the master bedroom, bunk beds and a twin bed in the second bedroom.  The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and opens onto the beautiful dining room which then flows down to the sunken living room. Easy access entrance directly from the carport. Entry includes coat/boot/ski storage as well as an en-suite washer and dryer and electric boot dryer.

The village is within walking distance, or you can just hop on the free shuttle bus service in front of the complex.

Property Description

Park free in the carport just left of the front door. Enter into the vestibule which has coat, boot and ski storage as well as the en suite washer and dryer. Down a few stairs to the dining room area, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom. The sunken living room and second bedroom are down from the dining area. The large private deck and hot tub are accessed off the living room. There is also additional free parking throughout the complex.

The living area has a large sofa, club chair and coffee table. Freshly painted, with wood blinds and new oak hardwood floors. There is a floor to ceiling river rock fireplace, 37" flat screen TV, Stereo with CD player.

This townhouse unit has a warm, cosy cabin feel with its tasteful use of slate and hardwood flooring, oak railings, floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace, large private deck, all nestled amongst the trees just off the ski hill. Yet it is still only a short walk or free shuttle ride to everything that Whistler Village has to offer.

We are a ski in and ski out Townhouse located on the Blackcomb Benchlands, a hundred yards from the ski hill, and just up the hill from the Chateau and the Blackcomb Daylodge. The village centre and main shopping areas are only a ten minute walk away. You can also take a free shuttle bus that stops just outside the complex. Several restaurants including Milestones, Merlins, and the Fairmont are also well within walking distance.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Reservation deposits are non-refundable. Balance of payments minus a 5% processing fee will be refunded if the dates can be filled.
Delayed Arrivals Non-refundable. We are not responsible for circumstances which may cause you to be delayed
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Access information will be provided on confirmation of final payment. Later for last minute reservations
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract Required. You will receive a guest stay contract upon receipt of final payment by email which is to be signed & mailed or faxed back to Mountain Hideaways
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged

Reservation Changes Where possible. We will always try to accommodate our guests where possible.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4 p.m. We can sometimes accommodate earlier check-in times but should be organised with our property managers, Mountain Hideaways, well in advance.
Check-Out Time 10 a.m. We can sometimes accommodate later check-out times but should be organised with our property managers, Mountain Hideaways, well in advance.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Invoiced to Guest. Any unreasonable or excessive cleaning costs incurred due to Guest use is chargeable to the guest
Excessive Noise There is a noise restriction bylaw in effect at Stoneridge. Violations will result in eviction and payment of fines are the responsibility of the guest.
Housekeeping Complementary. Mountain Hideaways provide end of stay cleans & laundry for free & weekly cleans for stays over 7 days
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests or damage to and/or loss of their personal property while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.

Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items. Most times, guests inadvertently pack things away. Our guests are usually able to mail them back to us within a week.
Property Damage A credit card imprint will be taken on your arrival to cover incidentals & security deposit. Usually our guests are kind enough to report & offer compensation for excessive damages which are not due to reasonable wear & tear. The credit card imprint will be returned to you upon a satisfactory inspection and if no incidentals were purchased upon your behalf.

Had a great stay with the family. Very convenient, you can ski right to the door. The only down side is if you want to get into whistler itself, it is a 25 minute walk, but there is a regular free bus that drops you about 100m from the house. Hot tub after a hard day's skiing was a welcome bonus. The kitchen was very well equipped, the only things missing that we could have done with is some scales. This is our 4th time in Whistler and would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and suited our family of 4 really well. Loved having a hot tub on the deck and the convenience to the ski hill (4 minute walk max). Kids loved all the pre-recorded movies too. Would definitely go back!

Stayed here in Dec16 with my son. Perfect for two, and easily fits 4/5 with bunks. Kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts. We are used to staying in Benchlands so we used the bus route as usual to get to/from village, but we skied in a couple times and skied out one morning. Nice and close to Chateau for apres! Will definitely try and book again if available.

We really appreciated the ski in / ski out location and its only a short walk down to the Chateau Whistler for apr├Ęs, a nice meal, or a nightcap. The hot tub on the deck was lovely, very relaxing at the end of the ski day. Having a wood burning fireplace was a real treat (firewood was provided). Jason, the property manager, was great and very responsive.
