Located in Crystal Forest, this great townhouse is closely situated to all the amenities such as restaurants, shops, the recreation centre, and the ski lifts. Also 1 minute walk from the cross-country ski trails. Positioned well for the new Mount Morrisey lift less than a five minute walk. Ski-in trails lead you to the front door.

No pet deposit is taken. However we ask pet owners to be responsible for the care of their pets. Any damage will be covered under the regular damage deposit. By booking with us, you grant us authority to charge your credit card up to $500 for damage, lost items or late departure. You will be consulted before such action is taken.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract When you book online, you are agreeing to our terms and condidtions.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation . Guests can re-book dates based on availability and all deposits/payments will be applied to the new reservation.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 pm . Earlier check-ins may be possible- but must confirm

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be taken from deposit . Please clean any major spills/accidents
Excessive Noise Please consider other guests and our neigbours. Hot tub noise should be kept to a minimum after 10:30pm. Eviction will result if multiple complaints occur.
Housekeeping Unit clean prior to arrival and after stay. Stays longer than 5 days will have linen change . Additional cleanings can be arranged at the owners request and at their expense
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour contact by cell phone . Information in unit
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 . Strictly enforced
Missing Items
Noise Restrictions Before 8 am and after 11pm . Please keep noise to a minimum while enjoying the hot tub.
Policy Updates Our policies may be updated from time-to-time, so please refer back to this site for any questions that you may have .
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but will not be restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost/broken/missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property

Guarantees Policies

Reservation Guarantee Property Sale/Damage: We will do our best to keep your reservation intact -- however, we reserve the right to move you to a comparable property at comparable rates. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund along with our sincere apologies. Travel insurance is always recommended for events outside of our (or your) control.

We had a great stay! thank you for allowing for the extra family to stay with us.

The only thing we found that that you provided coffee but only one days worth and we were there for two mornings. Not a huge problem because I did pack my own coffee. We also could not find the blender any where. Which we needed but not a huge deal because I packed my own little blender. thanks again for the great place for family and pets to stay during the Foam Fest weekend.

We have been fortunate enough to enjoy the hospitality of Don, Ruth and Jane for the last 6 years at their condo in Sun Peaks. It is always immaculate when we arrive, and the little touches like a welcoming basket full of goodies for the whole family including the furry member are a generous treat. They are the ideal hosts - extremely helpful and friendly. You can tell that they just want their guests to enjoy themselves and Sun Peaks as much as they do. We will continue to book with them for as long as they'll have us!

The hot tub is amazing, and the heated tile floors are so nice after a day of playing in the snow. When we get home we can't wait until the next annual trip - definitely one of our favorite places to vacation.

First time in Sun Peaks during the summer months. Travelled as a family with 2 kids and 2 dogs. It was very quiet, but we all loved it. This townhouse has everything and is really pet and kid friendly. We appreciated being able to travel with our furry friends and we would love to return. Owners were very helpful. Surpassed all our expectations!

We decided to visit Sun Peaks at the last minute, and at a peak time of the year: right before Christmas. We were happy to find this place available, and while it was not inexpensive, it suited our needs and was pet-friendly - a great bonus. In the days leading up to our visit we had a few questions, but all of our emails were quickly responded to, and any worries we had about there not being any other reviews were completely alleviated once we arrived there. The unit was immaculately clean, well laid-out, and equipped with everything we could need. We loved the heated floors and the hot tub! We were delighted by the location, a very easy 5-min walk from the village (that's a flat, easy 5-min walk with 2 small children in tow). The owners went out of our way to make us and our canine family member feel welcome and at home. There are two full baths and two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen bed. As we are a 4-person family including two kids, and the space worked out well for us. Technically there is a pull-out sofa and the dining table can be extended to seat six, but I think that it might be a tight fit for more than 4 people. We had been concerned about the lack of any mention of wireless internet in the description, but we were assured it was available, and upon our arrival we discovered that it worked perfectly well. Skiing at Sun Peaks was wonderful, and our whole visit was a delight. We would absolutely come back - and indeed, we plan to within a few months. If your skiing vacation will be diminished by a lack of granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, perhaps this place isn't for you. The furnishings are comfortable and up-to-date. But if you're looking for a cozy home with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable ski vacation and friendly, communicative owners, we absolutely recommend this place.
