Rest assured, we have 10 bedrooms, 18 beds and can sleep up to 22. Amenities include large private hottub, four decks, two wood burning fireplaces, billiards room two living rooms, 3 flat screen televisions with cable, 2 kitchens and dining/meeting seating (with place settings) for up to 22 people. Rates

Our rates are an excellent value and can help make Whistler affordable for your group, year around! All rates listed below are nightly. For rates for dates beyond those listed or to take advantage of extended stay rates: We offer $100 off per night for stays of 7 night or more (exception: the Christmas peak seaon). For further details please call us directly at 1-888-988-9002 or e-mail us @ lorimerridge@telus.net.

Our rates are $1300/night year round with the exception of winter weekends (Friday & Saturday) and the Christmas peak season when our rates are $1900/ngiht. Effective April 1, 2013, our t ax rate drop from 5%.

If the property is too large for your group (only need 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 bedrooms), there is a solution:

1)There will be a max. of 22 people-if not adhered to, tenant will be subject to a $250 fine and eviction without refund. 2)The tenant agrees not to assign or sublet. 3)No pets allowed. 4)Smoking is not permitted inside Lorimer Ridge–if sections (3) or (4) are not adhered to, tenant will be subject to a $250.00 fine and eviction without refund. 5)Hot tub hours: 7am to 10pm. Usage during closed hours will incur a $100 fine/incident.6(a)The owner may claim the amount necessary to replace any damage caused by the tenant.(b)The owner may claim the amount necessary to provide extra cleaning (including but not limited to common areas and kitchens). The amount is over and above the basic housekeeping charge levied on each booking. It is the expectation that all common areas shall be left in a reasonably clean manner with any kitchenware that is utilized is cleaned.(c)Excessive noise by the tenant or guests shall be subject to immediate eviction without refund & a $250 fine. If the lodge caretaker is called upon to deal with any noise or guest misbehaviour issues, a minimum fine of $100 per incident will be levied. If Police attend, the fine becomes $200. 7)CANCELLATION POLICY: all booking deposits & final payments are under all circumstances non-refundable. 8) The owner is not responsible for any injuries or accidents occurring on or off the property during or around the time of the tenants stay. The owner is also not responsible for lost or stolen items belonging to the tenant. 9)We DO NOT accept Gentlemen's stag or Grad bookings-Subject to immediate eviction without refund & a $250 fine. 10) Minors must be at all times chaperoned by a minimum of two adults with a minimum age of 30 years. 12) All bookings are subject to a $200.00 basic cleaning fee (note that section 6b is still applicable) - this included with the $250.00 damage deposit (total deposit levied is $450.00).

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Possible. It is the expectation that all common areas shall be left in a reasonably clean manner with any kitchenware that is utilized is cleaned.
Excessive Noise Not after 10 pm. Grounds for immediate eviction without refund and a $250 fine. The owner is not responsible for any bylaw infractions caused by the tenant(s).
Garbage Removal All garbage and recycling should be placed in their appropriate containers. If this is not adhered to, additional cleaning charges will be levied.

Our family group of 23 stayed at Lorimer Ridge over Presidents Weekend 2013. We had 13 adults, 10 children. We filled every bed in the house, including the trundle, and we were very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. You can see the website for the various rooms' bed configurations. Each room has its own bathroom, which adds privacy and ensures that people aren't competing for bathrooms. There is a communal hot tub, sauna, and pool table, and there are several spacious and comfortable common areas for hanging out. After our ski days, we would routinely have most if not all 23 of us in the house at once, sometimes all of us in the adjacent dining & living rooms, and the space never felt cramped. The kitchen facilities are excellent. For the size and cost, the location is very good. Although the house is not in the village (thus only 4 stars not 5), it is a quick drive and a pleasant walk if you aren't carrying ski equipment. There are also free buses (and a paid shuttle service) that will take you to the village. Not being directly in the village is inconvenient for skiing, but it adds privacy since the house is tucked back on property that is off a quiet street. We had some difficulty getting Dvds to work on the TV/DVD setups in the house (there are several different areas with flat panel TVs and DVD players). We ultimately managed to get one working with the help of the house caretaker. We also had an issue with one of the toilets, which was not immediately fixed. Although this remained a problem and was not resolved until after we left, Fernando was very professional in dealing with it after the fact. The house is an immediate left turn once you turn onto Piccolo from Lorimer. There is a sign in front, but one car in our group missed the turn, so go slowly and be aware that the turn is basically immediate. I recommend the house for large groups seeking a reasonably priced, clean, comfortable house with ample common areas near Whistler Village.

We booked this property based on its size as it has 10 bedrooms each with its own private ensuite (!) and can sleep 20 people very comfortably with Queen and Twin Rooms. With 3 floors, it does give your group quite a bit of privacy if needed, but also a nice communal room on the main floor and the ground level to gather. The kitchen has everything you need if your group wants to stay in and cook. Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses and mixing bowls of all sizes are available to use with a large centre island for putting things together. The living room has a long table that could seat just about everyone in our party, plus there's couches and some open space to move around freely. The large deck is great in the summer and has enough seating for about 8 around the patio table. There's also a barbecue to use. The one thing we weren't aware of ahead of time was that there is an onsite caretaker who lives downstairs. They do have a private entrance and are on the other side of the house so other than upon arrival, we didn't see her at all so that was not an issue. There's a billiards table downstairs which we did use as well as a hot tub which some of our friends used as well. I didn't see the hot tub myself, but from what the others said, it wasn't in the best condition, probably could've used some cleaning. Not a big issue though, and people still used it. Room bedding was very comfortable and bathrooms are kept clean with towels and even soaps for you to use. We are used to booking townhouses when we go up to Whistler, but usually have to book 2 side-by-side so this was a really nice option to all be together! The bonus is that since this is an actual house, there is plenty of space for parking. You could probably fit around 6 or more cars comfortably. Location-wise, it's a short walk to the Village and the Marketplace IGa, maybe about 10 minutes? Very easy to find, just a few turns off the main highway, but not close enough that you can hear any noise. You can't get much better all-around than Lorimer Ridge Lodge!
