Alpenglow is located on Main Street near Northlands Boulevard (click on map below and locate the red X), in Whistler Village North. Just steps to the shops, restaurants, valley trail, parks, lakes and alpine lifts! *Blackcomb Base: less than 10 minute walk *Whistler Village Base: less than 10 minute walk. *Parks and Lakes: less than 10 minute walk. Click on the map image area to zoom in! Alternatively, you can walk 300 feet to the free shuttle that operates from 6:15 am until 1:00 am daily and be whisked in minutes to the Whistler & Blackcomb Gondola bases. The shuttle operates on a 5-15 minute frequency. See the free shuttle schedule & route at: Note: our development is Alpenglow Lodge! We are located at the shuttle's Marketplace stop. You can't get much closer!

Owners who participate in the online credit card processing system have undergone additional screening through their payment processing application.
All owners must agree to's Terms of Service Agreement, which outlines minimum mandatory standards, terms of account termination, and the formal guest complaints process.
All customer complaints against owners are tracked and kept on record. Owners with more than 2 complaints spanning a subscription period are automatically terminated. Owner accounts are now immediately terminated under a subset of zero tolerance clauses in the Terms of Service Agreement. You are free to contact to get independent owner verification from our office.
Your credit card information is transmitted using SSL encryption technology.
AlluraDirect's transaction processing system is handled by one of Canada's largest institutional and online transaction processing companies, in conjunction with one of Canada's largest Chartered Banks, The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.
AlluraDirect's servers are protected by multiple firewalls, and are located in one of Vancouver's top, high security hosting facilities.


We do not charge a damage deposit and trust you to treat our home as if it were your own. By booking with us you are deemed to have accepted these policies and you grant us authority to charge your credit card up to $500 for damage, lost items or late departure. You will be consulted before any such action. We require that you fax or mail us a signed copy of our policies to complete your reservation. 

Suitability & Eligibility Policies

Suitable For:
Adults - Min Age to Stay: 21 21 years of age. The member of the party who is making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age with a valid credit card and will be held responsible for the rest of the group. We reserve the right to ask for ID when you check in to ensure that the age requirement has been met. Any reservation made under false pretences will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, and the party will not be permitted to check in and/or the party will be required to vacate the property. All additional charges and payment will be the responsibility of the client should they need to move to another property.
Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking in unit. If you smoke you will be charged $75 to refresh the unit.
Travel Reseller Bookings - no Referral Fee offered We gratefully accept & invite travel re-seller, tour operator and 3rd party bookings. We do not pay a commission on the posted rate. Please invoice the Guest directly and independently to include your fee.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non-refundable. Balance of payment is refundable, less 5% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for arrival delays.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information E-mailed upon receipt of balance of payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract When you book online, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Guests also agree to not use Owner or Contact personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Owners and their Contact.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Bikes must not be taken into the elevators. A locked bike storage cage is available in the parking garage for use by all apartments in our development. Bikes may be secured to racks installed in the cage but you will need to provide your own locking equipment.
Check-In Time 4:00pm. An earlier check-in may be possible if we are not booked the night before - please check with us 1 or 2 days before your arrival date
Check-Out Time 10:00am. You will be charged $50 if our cleaners arrive and you are still in our home.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their credit card upon departure in the event of excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Please be considerate of our neighbours. Excessive noise is not permitted. Occupants may be evicted without a refund subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Garbage Removal Please do not leave garbage in our home when you check out. Remove all garbage to the garbage room located in the parking garage
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Locking Door Please keep the doors and windows locked while away from our home. You are responsible for ensuring our property is secure when you check out.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hr service. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 2 people overnight unless prior approval is obtained from the owners. Excess occupants will result in eviction.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions Noise heard by guests in other properties is not permitted after 10 pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Parking & Ticketing Gated parking is available for a fee. Parking tickets may be purchased from a machine that accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their credit card upon departure in the event of property damage. Rental Accommodation Zoning Our property is legally zoned for short term rental accommodation use.
Terms of Eviction Smoking, excessive noise, threat of common or private property damage, disturbing the peace; excess of 2 overnight occupants without our permission. You will be evicted for excessive noise, property damage or disturbing the peace

Guarantees Policies

Reservation Guarantee Property Damage - We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.

What makes Whistler so special and unique? The ski lifts & all activities are so close by. The village - European style - pedestrians only. People from all over the world. In the Summer visit the Farmer's Market on Sundays 10:00 - 4:00, beside the Blackcomb activities centre.

The Drive to Whistler

What I like about the drive It"s an incredibly beautiful scenic drive! The ocean, the forests then the rivers and the mountains!
Worst thing about the drive It is a winding road, so if you arrive in Vancouver after dark, it would be best to stay in the city and leave for Whistler the following day. You will also enjoy the scenery!

Check-in Information

How do I get the check-in info? When we receive your final payment, we will send you access information, complete instructions and emergency contact information.
What if I leave my package at home by mistake? Please let us know as soon as possible (while you are en route) and we will provide the information you require to gain access to our home.

Checking In

How do I check-in? We will send you access information with instructions. You just arrive in Whistler and go straight to the property. You do not have to go anywhere first - start having a great time and go DIRECT to our home!
Can I check-in early? Please check with us a few days before you arrive. If someone is leaving on your arrival day, then we cannot guarantee that it will be ready before 4:00 pm. Sometimes, you can check in early-please inquire!
Can I leave my stuff there when I arrive even if it has not been cleaned yet? No, your access code is not activated until the unit has been cleaned. If you arrive early and our cleaners are on site, you will be able to drop off your luggage while they finish their cleaning.
Do I have to pay more for an early check-in? No.

Checking Out

Can I check-out late? Please inquire with us as few days before your arrival if you want to check-out late. It may be possible.
What is the check out-time? 10:00 am. This is strictly enforced!
What happens if we are not ready to leave at 10 am and the cleaners show up? The 10 am check-out time is strictly enforced, unless you have confirmed a late check-out with us. If you leave late, then the next guest will arrive to a dirty townhouse because our cleaners could not clean it on time and they will be left waiting until the evening before they can start their vacation! How would you feel if it was YOU? The security company will be called to escort you out if you are not on your way out!
How do I check out? Please make sure your dishes are washed, you remove any garbage and lock the door when you leave. You can leave your access card for the common areas in the suite or at the front desk.


What if something goes wrong? We have 24 hour emergency support. Contact information is provided when you make your final payment!
What if the property is not cleaned when we get there? If it is after 4 pm, something likely went wrong. Contact our cleaner at the number given in your check-in package, and we will fix it immediately

The Alpenglow was just perfect for me. The kitchen meant I could save money by not eating out all the time and the location was perfectly situated far enough away from the night-life to get a good night sleep while close enough to all the shops to never be inconvenient. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 weeks, and our experience was great! Walking distance to the slopes and just next door to the Supermarket. The only thing we thought of that could have been better is some more kitchenware. The property was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Being my first time in Whistler I found the alpenglow Condo to be the ideal accommodation for my mountain biking holiday. The owners were incredibly helpful in providing all of the information I needed prior to arrival and the condo was immaculately clean and far surpassed my expectations. The large balcony with a spectacular view was certainly a highlight. Everything I needed was within minutes walk from the location, including the bike park, which was 6 minutes walk from the front door. The cleaning service was ideal and thoroughly professional (and the cleaner was a biker!). All of the amenities I required were catered for. I would highly recommend this accommodation looking for a hassle-free stay at a beautiful an well-appointed condo in a brilliant location.

Comfortable apartment with good facilities. Handy location, 2 min walk to supermarket and pharmacy. Short walk to main part of the village. Good security and helpful reception. Kitchen was a bonus for us as it allowed us to dine at home, however was short of supplies (no fry pan or saucepans). Overall a very pleasant stay.

We spent a week here in late February, and found this apartment suited us perfectly, it was reasonably priced in a good location and was well kept and comfortable, the only down side was that the parking was expensive but susan helped us out with some alternatives. Will definitely be back

I was in contact with Susan though out my stay and she was very helpful and the accommodation at the time was cheaper than the hostel. The place was very nice and a great location. The only down side that I have, was at the time we were there neither the hot tub or the sauna worked. But they were both in being fixed and didn't really take away from our experience of staying there. I would recommend it and would stay there again.
