Access the elevator direct from the secure underground parking garage. The Unit is located on the 3rd floor. The unit has an open-plan living room and dining area. The second bedroom and bathroom are located to the left of the living area and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located to the right.

Location & Map


The Aspens is located slope-side on Blackcomb. Pick up your skis from the valet, click on and ski down to the Wizard Chair lift. At the end of the day, ski out and click out at the edge of the property and hand your skis to the valet. Blackcomb base is a short walk down the hill - great for a coffee run in the morning or walk up apres ski. Whislter Village is a 10 minute walk via a well-marked walking trail or take the shuttle that stops outside the Aspens.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit is non-refundable . Balance of payment is only refunded if we are able to replace the booking. All refunds are given at the re-booked rate and duration and are subject to a 5% cancellation fee
Delayed Arrivals No refunds . We are not responsible for delayed arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Coded door access (can be changed to your personal code) . Codes email upon receipt of payment
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4pm . Early check-ins may be possible
Check-Out Time 10 am . Late check-outs may be possible. Must be arranged on day prior to departure
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be reacharged after departure.
Excessive Noise Warning will be given by property managers. Eviction will follow if disturbance continues .
Housekeeping Unit is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure . Daily or mid-stay cleans are available at extra charge.
Liability We are excluded from liability for peronsal, bodily injury incurred during stay .
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour service . Telephone numbers are included in the detailed information folder in the unit
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 occupants . Strictly enforced

Noise Restrictions In consideration of other guests please restrict excessive noise after 11:00 pm.
Property Damage Guests will pay for all damage incurred while staying in the property, even if the offender is being hosted by the guest . You accept our guest stay conditions by making a reservation and therefore agree to pay us for damages incurred during your stay

About Us

Welcome to Aspens 347! We are Tom, Gail, Tyler and Riley MacNeil. We purchased the unit in April 2005 and look forward to many great ski holidays. We live in Bermuda and try to get to Whistler/Blackcomb as often as possible but when we're not there, we'd like you to enjoy our Canadian retreat. Families should especially enjoy this unit as it is "kid friendly" just the way our boys like it. The second bedroom has bunk beds (queen and double) and has cool pics on the wall.

We have stayed here several time and it is very comfortable. Great position on the slopes for easy access to lifts. The only comments i would make are that the second bedroom storage closet is very small for guests as there is now a locked cupboard and another locked area behind one of the sliding doors. The kitchen is pretty well equipped but please could there be egg cups for boiled eggs and a garlic press ??!!! And sharp knives !!!!

Excellent property at Aspens on Blackcomb

Convenient, comfortable and quiet. A very short walk to the lifts and a short stroll into the village for shopping and restaurants. The complex has three hot tubs and a pool, as well as ski valet service. The condo is very attractive and has a full kitchen with absolutely everything you need for self-catering. The living room is very comfortable as are the two bedrooms. Bathrooms were clean and up-to-date. I highly recommend this condo.

Great location right off the slopes of Blackcomb, ski valet was very convenient, the condo is nicely furnished and decorated, large amount of cookware, very comfortable stay. Be aware that parking is not free ($15/day during our stay -- New Year timeframe), and the WiFi router is not always working well -- a reboot usually fixes the issue.

Make sure you pay attention to your emails because the reception does not have the code to this condo, fortunately the owner responded to my email right away.
