Our comfortable, well-appointed 3 bedroom condo is located in one of the most ideal locations in Whistler. A perfect place for family and friends to relax after a long day on the slopes.

 Enjoy the private hot-tub, or the heated pool located just outside your front door. No vehicle required at our unit but secured underground parking is available. You are steps away from shopping, restaurants and everything Whistler has to offer. It is an easy walk into Whistler village, and access to both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains, or catch the free ski shuttle bus that passes by the complex regularly.

When you come in the front door you will find plenty of storage for all your gear. Head up the stairs into the open plan living/dining/kitchen area and look out onto the balcony & view northwards up the Whistler Valley. The top floor features 3 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms plus THREE private decks, the master bedroom deck features a 6 person hot tub.

Cancellations Made by Guests Reservation deposit is non-refundable. The balance payment is refundable if we are able to re-book the dates. All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Delayed Arrivals Non-refundable. We are not responsible for circumstances which may cause you to be delayed
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Door is locked with a combination lock. As this code is changed often for security reasons, you will be emailed close to your arrival date with your code.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Eviction. We reserve the right to evict if we receive complaints of excessive noise.
Housekeeping Complimentary. Provided weekly & after each stay.
Liability Guest is liable for their own actions.
Locking Door Combination. The deadbolt on the door should be turned to ensure the door is locked at all times when guests are out of the unit.
Maintenance Emergencies Mountain Hideaways. Provided
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8. Over 8 persons found staying in the property will result in eviction
Property Damage Damage deposit required. Damage caused in the unit , or missing items are the responsibility of guest.

My family (2 adults, 4 kids, and 1 grandma) loved this place! The location was perfect for us - right across the street was the shuttle for a 5 min ride to the Village and 1 minute beyond that were restaurants. We usually stay in a ski in / ski out place in Blackcomb and liked our location much more here, esp as the restaurants seemed to be a bit cheaper and we were right next to a super market + ice skating rink. The kids also loved the hot tub and heated pool. Tons of room in the place for all of us including our 1.5 year old - Omar & Janet even got us a pack & play and she slept very soundly. We have no complaints about our stay!

Condo in need of updating. New owners took over property just before our stay. They were really responsive and I am sure they will bring the condo up to scratch. I would recommend not staying here until they replace the main bed. Old and sags into the middle. My wife and I had to sleep in the bunk beds it was that bad. Sorry....

The property is in a great position. Walking distance to many restaurants and the main nightlife of Whistler. With all this it was very quite and private. We didn't hear any noise from adjoining properties. The best way to the slopes with skis was the complimentary village bus which runs regularly and the stop is literally across the road. While there were a few minor problems Omar the new owner was very quick to respond and action any requests.I am confident he will continue to be very helpful for his guests. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of handy extra day to day condiments.We cooked a few times for a family of six. Hot tub was great. Thanks for a terrific vacation.

Unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Great location - within walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay again. Any concerns were met with quick resolution!

Only real gripes were an odd black stain on the couch that we avoided sitting on and the fridge needs to be re-sealed, since every day we would come home to a pool of water on the kitchen floor that would soak the socks (an unwelcome surprise each time). Nothing important enough to not recommend renting the unit.

Great location,could use some updating

The condo was ok, could be painted as there were quit a few marks on walls, also several lights were not working (burnt out). The unit was quite clean although when you took a better look the windows and sills could use a good cleaning, as well as the walls. The towels under sink in main bath were soaked when we arrived, the problem was the taps were leaking every time we turned them on, this would be a quik fix as I'm sure the owner is unaware, luckily the washer and dryer worked well.
