It has a large open plan living-room, kitchen and dining area with 14 foot cathedral ceilings - bright and cheerful. Our home is located on the ski run to Happy Valley which provides for great Ski In/Ski Out! It is a short walk to all the great services at Happy Valley; tubing park, snowmobiling, skating, cross-country ski trails, restaurants, bar, wine bar, gift shop, nightly entertainment. The Gondola is minutes away, and will take you to the Village Centre for additional services, shops and restaurants.

South Point is situated in a perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube runs and x-country ski trails. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the village centre, restaurants and Kids Centre. Ski back from the Village over the Skiers Bridge or down Gondola Way. Free on hill shuttle bus runs throughout the mountain everyday.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract We do not require a signed Guest stay contract. When you book online, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbours
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Large waste disposal container is located on site in the parking lot.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included; in addition, guests staying 10 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bed sheets every 8th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.
Internet Availability & Usage Internet service is provided by a third party. We cannot be held responsible if there is a lack of or quality of service at any time.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Skit Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people overnight -- excess occupants will result in eviction. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction
Missing Items Guests authorize credit card charge for replacement of missing items. We will notify you in advance of any charges.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice, however guests will be notified via e-mail of changes prior to their arrival.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is legally zoned for either short term, or long term, rental accommodation use.

Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Secure equipment storage is available in the ski locker or Garage. Please do not bring equipment into the suite.
Terms of Eviction The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: smoking, excessive noise, pets, more overnight guests than permitted by owner. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

If we fail to successfully relocate you we will fully refund the remainder of your stay. Though it is starting to become a little dated, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marymoore Patterson which is actually unit #3 at Southpoint. It requires some "life-cycling" of appliances (the dishwasher was next to useless), the hot-tube is lacking a little power, and the garage door opener didn't function properly the entire time we were there, and the tv's are old tube style meaning you can't hook up your apple tv or X-box easily, the dryer takes forever to dry anything...), however, the basic comforts and feel of the place are great. It's an easy ski or walk down to the gondola, giving easy access to the village. The kitchen has everything you need, so you don't have to rely on the average food at the restaurants. The view is phenomenal, especially from the hot-tub. We likely won't stay there again unless they update the tv's (after a day of skiing, the teenagers want to watch their apple tv or hook up their video games).

This vacation rental is just perfection. I don't think it would be possible to improve it in any way. The location is suberb, hot tub and BBQ on the deck with incredible views. Big White is a very special place to spend for Christmas, nothing better than building a snowman on Christmas Day while drinking a fabulous Okanagan valley red wine. The accommodation was simply outstanding. A pleasure to stay and can't wait until we can do it again. Fabulous value for a family vacation. And did I mention the snow, wow !
