a world-class home of unparalleled excellence:

Only steps to the main village, and at the very corner of Hummingbird Run & Gondola Way, simply stated, Crescendo's location is second to none. Being embedded into the mountain's granite base and designed to be an extension of the mountain itself, Crescendo follows the mountain's contour through its split-level plan. Each 1/2 rotation about the spiraled staircase divides the front and back portions of each floor by six feet. In six very separate areas, then, Crescendo's three floors comfortably sleeps 22 adults. This high-tech, environmentally friendly home, would simultaneously put a smile on the faces of Microsoft & Greenpeace. Computer-integrated audio/video is controllable from virtually every room, and geothermal energy heats every surface (garage inclusive). The 12' x 16' pool is jetted, heats to Hot Tub temperatures, and is chlorine-free! With 1/2 of the pool indoors and 1/2 outdoors, one can access both areas without ever having to leave the water. The pool's outside perimeter, though, is heated to snow-melt temperatures. In addition to the massage jets, the pool hosts the SwimGym for stationary lap-pool swimming against a river-like current.  Policies

We love animals. However, even our own min-pin (Jasper) is left at home in the States, and has never had a foot (okay, a paw) in Crescendo. Crescendo is set-up for everyone's enjoyment: including those who are allergic to animals. Please honor, then, our 'No Pet' policy. Our unit does NOT allow smoking, either. I'm afraid there will be a rather severe penalty if our no pet-no smoking policy is violated.

Adults - Min Age to Stay Bookings must be made by a responsible adult, who will also be responsible to ensure compliance with the Contract and these Policies. If you are not certain whether or not you meet this requirement, do not book the reservation.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days We accept arrivals any day of the week. Email with any questions.
Cancellations Made by Guests Unless the booking can be replaced, all cancellations are non-refundable. If the full booking is replaced, a refund of all monies paid less the 25% initial deposit will be returned.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment. Please confirm your reservation by clicking Reserve Now. Feel free to email me at foxnsox26@yahoo.com. I will be happy to assist you with making your reservation.
Delayed Arrivals Neither Crescendo nor its management are responsible for delayed arrivals No refunds for late/delayed arrivals. No exceptions
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information, arrival/check-in instructions with coded access info will be sent upon final payment. Confirmed via email, phone or mail
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If the remaining balance is not yet paid, it will then be adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

Excessive Noise Noise that disturbs others - especially after 10:00 pm. May result in eviction
Housekeeping The pool/hot tub is serviced regularly. Complimentary housekeeping is available for extended stays (beyond 7 days). In the event of a housekeeping emergency, there is a complete set of clean linens accessible within the property and contact information for other emergencies.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests/visitors while they are on the property of Crescendo, or at any location in the Big White Ski Resort area. Guest assumes all liability for themselves and their party. Furthermore, guest indemnifies and holds harmless Crescendo's owners.
Maintenance Emergencies Complete emergency contacts will be provided upon final payment. For Crescendo, specific individuals on the mountain have been hand-selected to be available should any need arise.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 22. Unless prior arrangements are made & agreed upon.

Property Damage Guest authorizes $2000 CAD security deposit, which will be automatically charged to guest's card at the time final reservation payment is made. Damage includes, but is not limited to: common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost/broken/misplaced items, smoking, pets, and charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding guests' behaviors while in the property or on common premises.
