As we are looking to build a loyal customer base, we have set our rates lower than just about any other two bedroom unit. Considering that Snow Creek Village is the premier location at Sun Peaks and the considerable upgrades we have made to our mountain home, we hope that you will take advantage of this value. Please note that we do charge $15/day if you bring your dog. Sales tax of 5%.

 Property Description

Snow Creek Village number 30 was renovated in 2005: We have updated finishes in the living/dining which is adjacent to the open, full kitchen. From one side of the kitchen there is access to the master suite, which has a bay window overlooking an alpine forest. The guest room is off the living room. There are two bathrooms: the guest bathroom with jetted tub is off the foyer; the master bedroom has an ensuite bath. The back of the unit has a huge covered deck (15' x 15') which has a brand new hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor dining area.

Special Features

The most unique feature of our property is the setting of the deck and the hot tub. We have gone to great lengths to provide our guests with the ultimate relaxation experience: a premium hot tub from Coast Mountain Spas. Slip into the tub and feel the aches and pains from a day on the slopes slip away. The jets are unbelievable, as are the calming LED lights and water feature. The tall pines surrounding the deck enhance a private, peaceful experience.

 Amenities

The unit has a private, brand new luxury hot tub. The hot tub is complete with a premium jetting package, remote control, water feature, and soothing LED lighting. (Arriving August 1st) There are two TV's with premium cable channels. One has a DVD player and VCR, the other has an XBOX with video games for all ages. The unit is complete with everything you need for an extended stay: iron, ironing board, dishwasher, hair dryers in each bathroom. There are common laundry facilities in the office. Below the unit is a secured garage that is shared with the other three units in the building.

Services

We strive to provide our guests with all of the services needed for a great stay. You can call our on-mountain representatives, Dan and Terra, for any services you need. Each day Dan services the hot tub. At that time he will also take away any trash that is bagged and left on the back deck. Groceries can be ordered and delivered via Sun Peaks Grocery Delivery 250-574-3449. If your stay is longer than 5 days, we provide free housekeeping services on the 5th day. If you would like service more often than that, it can easily be arranged for a small fee.

 Policies

We politely ask that all guests respect the check in/check out times. There is a forfeiture of 1st nights deposit + taxes if canceled more than 7 days after booking and more than 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of full amount. Pets One dog is allowed upon verbal or email approval. If approved, we require that a security deposit in the amount of $250 be provided via check. If there is no damage or additional cleaning required as a result of the pet, the entire deposit will be refunded. If there is damage or cleaning required beyond the $250, the credit card used for payment will be charged to cover the difference. If you would like to provide the deposit via credit card, a $10 fee will apply.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
