We are only a short walk to Happy Valley where you can enjoy all the great after ski activities; skating, tubing, sleigh-rides, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, fire works, and daily entertainment.

Two very large comfortable sofas and lounge chair, great relaxing after a day on the slopes and to enjoy the views of the beautiful Monashee Mountains. Incased in our shelving units you will find a large TV with HDTV, including over 90 channels as well as Movies, Sports and more on Demand, Video/DVD player, Stereo CD Cassette, books, and games.

Our home is located on the ski run to Happy Valley which provides for great Ski In/Ski Out! It is a short walk to all the great services at Happy Valley; tubing park, snowmobiling, sleigh-rides, skating, cross-country ski trails, restaurants, bar, wine bar, daily entertainment. The Gondola is minutes away, and will take you to the Village Centre for additional services, shops and restaurants.

South Point is situated in a perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube runs and x-country ski trails. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the village centre, restaurants and Kids Centre. Ski back from the Village over the Skiers Bridge or down Gondola Way. Free on hill shuttle bus runs throughout the mountain everyday.

|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.|
|Excessive Noise||Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbours|
|Garbage Removal||Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Inside small building in parking area has garbage and recycling facilities.|

|Noise Restrictions||Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.|
|Policy Updates||Policies are subject to change without notice, however guests will be notified via e-mail of changes prior to their arrival.|
|Property Damage||Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Getting to Big White from Kelowna
|How do I get to Big White from the Kelowna Airport?||There is an Airport Shuttle that will take directly to the mountain. This must be arranged 72 hours in advance by calling 1-250-765-1377. Taxis are also available but the cost will be about $250cdn.|
Hi, We have been skiing at Big White now for over 15 years and have had many outstanding family holidays! This is a great Mountain that offers a terrific variety for all levels of skiers and boarders! The people that work on the mountain are very friendly and helpful, which means you get great service in a very relaxed environment. We come to Big White at least once a year, and if we are lucky we are able to squeeze in a second trip! Along with it's great skiing it has many different activities to offer that will suit either a family holiday, a group of friends, or a romantic trip for two. Enjoy the great powder and have a fantastic holiday!

This property is in a fabulous position, well maintained and excellent to stay in. We love being in Happy Valley so the location was great. Easy to get in and out of with plenty of room for us. Be mindful it has an internal staircase to access the unit, this was not an issue for us but would be with small children.
The managers are excellent and very quick to respond to any queries. We had a few minor problems but they fixed them asap. One major concern- the owners need to replace the mattress in the main bedroom. It is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. My husband slept on the couch instead and I used doonahs from the other room to make is softer. It is ridiculously hard. Ask for extra bedding too.
Apart from the mattress it was an excellent unit to stay in with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. A massive thank you to Wendy who looked after our queries, booking and concerns, she was excellent.View Full Review Owner Has Responded

The snow was amazing during our time at Big White. We had a lovely stay and really liked certain aspects of the accommodation like: the unit privacy and position in the building, the hot tub and it's great jets, the open area kitchen/dining/living and the organized kitchen cupboards. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. We have one complaint and a couple of suggestions. We were disappointed with how housekeeping left the floors for our arrival. Without going into detail in this feedback, there was obvious neglect in this regard that we would be happy to share with the owner privately. One suggestion would be to have a spice rack with the basics like cinnamon, oregano, basil and thyme. In every other rental by owner situation we have experienced there are always spices (sometimes more than needed) so we didn't take any with us this time and were wishing we had. Next time we book we will be sure to ask if such are available. The other suggestion would be to provide more towel racks for hanging wet bathing suits and towels to avoid excess laundering. There is a very handsome cabinet in the master bathroom that has no purpose other than to house nick-nacks. That corner could easily provide more towel racks. Overall, a great place and thank you. We stayed for the second year in a row at South Point and were thrilled with our wonderful accommodation. We only wish our stay could have been longer. it is a wonderfully appointed apartment with everything provided and at such a high standard. One suggestion could be a small BBQ on the balcony but there may not be enough room. The only disappointment is that it looks like that most of South Point is booked out for the first part of January in 2016. Hopefully we can find some dates later in January/early February while we are still on summer holidays in Australia. We absolutely love Big White and staying at South Point and we hope to come over from Australia every winter, O Ann and Graham Jarrold

Great stay at this very comfortable condo at Big White Ski Resort. South Point is a great location for both skier and non skier as you can either ski straight in and out or if you are a non skier the walk is easy and close to the gondola to get the village area for shops. Loved the views from the room and location. Look forward to returning.
