Welcome to our Whistler home, a true Ski To The Door townhome in the Benchlands. Just a short walk to the Village, you are away from the noise, on a quiet cul-de-sac in the woods. Your own front door means you don't have to go through a lobby or down a long hall, and you have your own private patio in the back for relaxing and for spring/summer cocktails.  Property Description

Ground level entry with ski storage just inside the front door - there are no corridors or elevators...just ski to the door and take off your skis! Our townhome has one bedroom with queen size bed, 2 bathrooms (one full and one half), dining room with comfortable pull down queen size murphy bed, living room with wood burning fireplace, comfortable double size pull-out, well equipped kitchen with all appliances and in-suite laundry. The rear patio overlooks a private wooded area. This is a beautifully appointed one bedroom unit that is larger than most two bedrooms!

Separate dining area comfortably seats 6 persons, and extra leaf for table is located in master bedroom closet.  Great quality queen sized Murphy bed pulls down to comfortably sleep two.

Cancellation policy: all payments are non-refundable unless booking can be replaced.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Any day of the week.
Cancellations Made by Guests All deposit payments are non-refundable, balance payments refunded only if booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 4 % cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Courtesy Hold Reservations We do not hold reservations until we have received the deposit.
Delayed Arrivals Sorry, no refunds for delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Arrival/check-in instructions with key code access will be e-mailed 5 days prior to arrival. Later for last minute reservations
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract When you book online, you are legally agreeing to all of our terms and conditions.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Bike Storage Storage available in underground garage or exterior patio. Bikes are not permitted within the townhome (ie: not past doorways to suite). Guests must provide own locks. Guests are responsible for safety and security of their own property.
Check-In Time 3:00 PM or later (unless prior arrangements made). Check yourself in with entry code
Check-Out Time 10:00 AM or earlier (unless prior arrangements made). Late check-out possible, depending on bookings. Late checking out that delays cleaning or interferes with another guest arrival will be charged an extra day against their damage deposit
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a charge to their damage deposit to cover the owner's actual excess cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise which disturbs others in the complex is prohibited according to strictly enforced strata bylaws. Excess noise will result in eviction without refund
Housekeeping Complimentary housekeeping is provided before arrival and after departure. See above for charges for excess cleaning costs upon departure. Mid stay cleaning is available for longer stays.
Internet Availability & Usage Complimentary wireless internet access is provided within complex by a resident owner and instructions are available in the unit.Please note that internet accessability is not guarenteed.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or to guests of guests.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour numbers provided.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Four. Strictly enforced. Eviction withour a refund for parties of 6 people or more for nightly stays

The Drive to Whistler

Best things to see on the way to Whistler The whole drive is breathtaking. If you have time, drive 20 minutes north of Whistler to Pemberton, especially in the spring or fall.
My safety tips for drivers new to Hwy 99 People who know the road tend to drive fast. Please let them pass in the passing lanes - it is safer for all of us.

Transportation To Whistler

How do I get to Whistler from YVR? A. If arriving at Vancouver airport check out AlluraDirect.com for directions. The bus leaves frequently. The best drop off is across from Treeline at Lost Lake Lodge. Airport Limo service is the same pricing as the bus if you are 4 or more people. If driving use the directions provided in the package we will send to you and park in the secure underground garage

How Do I Get To Treeline

What is the best route? Complete directions are found in the package sent to you. Feel free to email us if you need them resent.

Check In Information

Where do I get check-in information? A. A complete information package will be sent to you within a few days of booking. This comprehensive package should answer all of your questions. We will send you the code for the front door a few days prior to your arrival so you can let yourself in. Please email us for with any further questions you may have.

What Time Is The Unit Available?

What time can we get in? Normal check-in is 3:00 pm. Early check-in is possible if the unit is ready.

How do we arrange it? A. You will be provided with numbers that are entered on a key pad on the front door lock. The numbers, which are frequently changed, are entered on the pad. The dead bolt is turned to gain entry. To lock turn the dead bolt.

We are an active family of six with four adventure-seeking kids that resides on the North Shore.  We all love everything that Whistler has to offer, especially skiing & boarding in the winter, and biking, hiking & outdoor recreation in the summer. We will do our best to ensure that our Whistler home is comfortable so that you can really enjoy your stay here.
