Welcome to your "Home away from Home"! Our Condo is located in Whistler Creek which means you are located at the best place to access Whistler Mountain. You can walk to the lifts in a couple of minutes (literally) from our well appointed suite in Lake Placid Lodge. To relax after skiing, Lake Placid has an all year heated out-door swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and change room. Restaurants and shops are located steps from the Lodge in the exciting Whistler Creek development. Quite frankly, this is the best swimming pool in all of Whistler. Heated year-round too!
This one bedroom condo was designed just right! Whether you spent the whole day skiing, working on that golf game or doing some biking or hiking, when you return to suite 216, you'll feel instantly relaxed in it's cozy ambience.
From our balcony you can enjoy a view of the garden courtyard or pick out a skier coming down the slopes.
The bedroom features a very comfortable queen size bed. Nice big window for that fresh air. There is also a double size closet and large three drawer dresser.
What can we say about this pool!? Just that it's the best in all of Whistler! Heated year round and almost always drenched in sunshine. The jaccuzzi is just a few feet away and there is a great sauna as well.

Through careful planning our unit seems much larger than it is. Lake Placid is your home away from home therefore you will be delighted to find so many extras. As soon as you walk in the door you will be impressed with the home like atmosphere. We have many people who keep coming back.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests Full refund 30 days prior before arrival. Cancellation 14 days, 50% refund. No refund within 48hrs of arrival. All cancellations will be subject to an additional 4% cancellation fee.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment. Please confirm your reservation by clicking Reserve Now.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We regret that we cannot be responsible for delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information, arrival/check-in instructions with coded access info will be sent upon final payment .
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract When you book online, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4pm .
Check-Out Time 11am strictly enforced .
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund! .
Garbage Removal There is a large garbage bin located in the underground parking garage.
Housekeeping Our suite should be clean & tidy upon your arrival. Midstay cleaning can be provided for a fee if we're notified in adance of your arrival.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Ski Resort .
Locking Door The door to the suite does not lock automatically when you close the door. Please ensure that you turn the latch upon departing.
Maintenance Emergencies Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment .
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Four . There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofabed in the living room.
Missing Items KEYS: $75 will be charged for any key that is missing. Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per ou stated damage deposit policies.Guests authorize a credit card charge for miss . Two keys must be left on the kitchen counter and one key in the lockbox at the front of the building.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Guests authorize up to $500 CAD charge on their credit card upon departure in the event of any property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Terms of Eviction Smoking, excessive noise, presence of pets, threat of common or private property damage, or disturbing the peace, will result in eviction.

If any amenity changes after you have confirmed your booking with payment, We will notify you in advance and give you an opportunity to cancel with a full refund.
Reservation Guarantee Property Sale/Damage-We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products
