Welcome to your "Home away from Home"! Our Condo is located in Whistler Creek which means you are located at the best place to access Whistler Mountain. You can walk to the lifts in a couple of minutes (literally) from our well appointed suite in Lake Placid Lodge. To relax after a day of skiing, biking or hiking on the mountain, Lake Placid Lodge has an all year heated outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and change room. Restaurants and shops are located steps from the Lodge in the exciting Whistler Creek development. And of course we have Free WIFI available so that you can always stay in touch with what matters. This one bedroom condo was designed just right. Whether you spent the whole day skiing, working on that golf game, biking or hiking, when you return to suite 216 you'll instantly feel relaxed in it's cozy ambience.

What can we say about this pool!? Just that it's one of the best in all of Whistler! Heated year round with the jaccuzzi and sauna just a few feet away and there are gas BBQ's as well.

Through careful planning our unit seems much larger than it is. Lake Placid Lodge is your home away from home therefore you will be delighted to find so many extras. As soon as you walk in the door you will be impressed with the home like atmosphere. We have many people who keep coming back.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||Full refund 30 days prior before arrival. Cancellation 14 days, 50% refund. No refund within 48hrs of arrival. All cancellations will be subject to an additional 4% cancellation fee.|

Guest Stay Policies

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Noise||You will get evicted without a refund!|
|Garbage Removal||There is a large garbage bin and recycling bins located in the underground parking garage. Please take your garbage and recycling to this area prior to departure.|
|Housekeeping||Our suite should be clean and tidy upon your arrival. Midstay cleaning can be provided for a fee if we're notified in advance of your arrival.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location on the common property.|
|Locking Door||The door to the suite does not lock automatically when you close the door. Please ensure that you turn the latch upon departing.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment .|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||Four . There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofabed in the living room.|
|Missing Items||KEYS: $100 will be charged for any key that is missing. Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per our stated damage deposit policies. The common area key must be left on the kitchen counter upon check-out and one key left in the lockbox at the front of the building.|
|Policy Updates||Policies are subject to change without notice.|
|Property Damage||Guests authorize up to $500 CAD charge on their credit card upon departure in the event of any property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning|
|Terms of Eviction||Smoking, excessive noise, presence of pets, threat of common or private property damage, or disturbing the peace, will result in eviction.|

What a great clean condo. newly renovated/listed. Carolyn was great to communicate with, always quick to respond, and super nice! the condo itself was beautiful and clean. The bedroom had ample pillow choices (check the closet!) for the pullout and bed. The kitchen had a good amount of supplies to work with when making meals, just some reccomendations would be sugar for tea/coffee, Saran Wrap, and a quieter fan. We were very pleased with the quality of stay this property had to offer. Although it is a small unit, it had nice fresh and bright decor and provided great space division (bedroom vs living room); both beds (queen bed in the bedroom and pull out sofa in the living room) were firm (to our taste!) so we were waking up completely rested. I found the kitchen to be very functional, the only thing I was missing was a sponge for dishes. All other supplies were in adequate quantities which made me feel like at home. Set of good quality front load washer and dryer was used twice by us. We couldn't figure out how bedroom TV works (we followed instructions kindly left by the owner but still could not get Telus cable box engaged), but it was not a big deal as WiFi worked perfectly. If you don't want to stay in the busier Village district, this condo in Creekside area is a good alternative as you are close to restaurants, bike trails and the lift in the winter.
