Property Description

  • First Floor-Large foyer entrance (great for confining wet gear,boots, etc.), kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (one with king bed or 2 twins and the other with a queen bed), living room with queen sofa bed, 2 private decks, dining area, TV/Stereo/. Each bedroomon the lower level with its own ensuite bathroom, is on opposite corners of the home for maximum privacy.
  • Second Floor-Loft. The loft is a complete bedroom with a high quality queen size bed, mirrors etc.. It is still private (with pull curtain) and  overlooks the living room.
  • Outstanding View-Two decks - one 160 sq. ft. Please see our Photo Gallery for more images of the excellent perspective you have of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains.

Our home is a corner unit which faces south. It has tons of light, and looks onto Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains on one side, and valley mountains on the other. Each deck is on opposite corners of the home, thus giving you panoramic mountain views!

The living area has sofa and lounge chairs seating for six people. The living area has a huge rock fireplace, fantastic views, cathedral ceiling, Samsung Smart TV, Bose Soundtouch wireless music system, free Netflix, and free high speed internet access. The round table dining seats six people with four additional seats at the adjacent granite bar. There are two private decks with patio furniture on either side of the living area which includes a large outside dining table and chairs or you can relax in the Adironack chairs looking up at the mountain views.

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be passed on to you. When applicable, we will discuss additional charges directly with you by phone, after which you can use this online payment system to make the appropriate payment (damage, cleaning and garbage removal cost).
Excessive Noise Immediate eviction for excessive noise. Quiet time is from 10 pm till 7 am. This quiet time is monitored and fines or eviction can occur upon noise complaints.
Garbage Removal Instructions for garbage bag removal will be provided. Excessive garbage in the suite that results in additional costs will be forwarded to you
Housekeeping Complimentary: upon arrival, departure and a full mid week clean for stays greater than 7 nights. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour pager service. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people overnight - excess occupants will result in eviction.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions Eviction for excessive noise. Quiet time is from 10 pm till 7 am. This quiet time is monitored and fines or eviction can occur upon noise complaints.
Property Damage Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay for all damages incurred. Upon arrival, a pre approved damage deposit of $1000 will be held on the guests credit card and guests identification verified. The damage deposit is only charged to guest on departure should there be any damage but not limited to $1000 depending on damage amount. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Great centrally located 3 bedroom option!

We had a great stay at this rental property. Everything was nicely updated and the layout worked really well for our group of five. The location is perfect, but expect a bit of noise from the village late at night.

We are a family of four and really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was nice to be walking distance to everything, we didnt use our car once. Great coffee shops and breakfast spots right outside your door for the mornings and restaurants galore for the evenings. Ice rink across the street, Convenient for teenagers too to meet their friends in the village without bussing or asking for rides. Walk to the lifts is a bit long with skis and boots on, next time would try to find lockers at the base.

The hot tube is quite small for the complex and was often full so we didnt get to use it much. Plus we forgot to pack towels and weren't enough in the suite, so if you want to hot tub and you are lucky to be there when its not too busy remember to bring your own towels. Otherwise loved it!

Really nice place right on the village stroll. The apartment is nicely furnished and had been recently renovated when we stayed. It is pretty well laid out and worked well for 5 adults and a 13 year old. This is particularly helped by the decent sized hall for skiing paraphernalia! All agreed that the unit was good value and would happily stay there again although some slightly lighter and smaller crockery would be nice given the compact nature of the kitchen.
